"We dined at this restaurant while staying overnight in Lough and Quay. The food was of good quality, with generous portions and well-presented dishes, at an affordable price. Despite no longer being primarily an Italian restaurant, they still have a pizza oven. I enjoyed an excellent, freshly prepared pizza while my partner had an equally delicious burger, accompanied by a good bottle of Rioja. The atmosphere was comfortable and the service staff, including Anna and her brother, were capable and friendly. There is also outdoor seating available, which we took advantage of on a nice day to enjoy our meal outside."

In general, the dining experience was not good and we did not finish our meal. The pizza was decent and cooked well. The process of receiving the bill and paying was efficient and quick.

Food was excellent but the staff really made our experience, we had a large group and had to changed our reservation several times and they were so accommodating. We stayed late at the restaurant and we were not rush at all, staff were so pleasant....Thanks for a lovely evening!

My food was so so, but my wife who is a chef ordered a steak sandwich and got roast beef sandwich, staff were very young and has no idea of customer service, overall not a great place, maybe it was just the day that was...in it, but I doubt it, the wife voiced her issues, but got no resolve View menu

just had a fantastic steak sandwich in lough n quay tonight! match special was for steak sandwich, side, sauce and pint. we both asked for medium steak, cooked to perfection and the tobacco onions were crispy and peppery...delicious! We'll impressed tonight plus the kids...meal went down a treat, generous portions and great variety. we will be back.

Came here as part of government scheme. main meals arrived, these were finished by the time the other main meals arrived (this was minutes after arrival to the restaurant). The sides were incorrect when they did arrive. Would not recommend the Carbonara.. sauce very watery. Service was poor. Overall really disappointing and would not come here again.

just terrible beginning. two young inexperienced employees. senior, was all the time on the phone. forget to do any basics. greet us, take a beverage order, ask us everything in order during or after. couple came after us and asked for...a table, girl looked at and senior said .., I don't know, I don't want to scream through kitchen, wait and we'll see. eating was also terrible. in diamonds tonight, night and day! great eating, same price. I had a negative experience when I called to book a table at this restaurant. The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I requested a table in a less crowded area due to COVID-19 precautions, but the lady was dismissive and refused to accommodate my request. Instead of being professional, she was indifferent and even suggested I take what was available or not come at all. If the manager cannot ensure their employees provide good customer service, they should consider shutting down.

Ordered pizza and carbonara. Partners pizza was nice as it was homemade but my carbonara was very poor to be honest. Looked lovely when it came out but it tasted bland and, I paid extra for chicken in it which was really tough and chewy..didn’t...seem fresh. We ordered desserts and they really tasty. They were presented lovely too. I would recommend the malteaser cheesecake. Mixed opinion about returning to this restaurant. I would probably go back and try something else. Price is average
