Veggie Lounge is my go-to for vegan junk food. Lots of options to choose from and never disappoint with quality. Considering they are one of the more reasonably priced places it often surprises me that their quality and portion size often surpasses their competitors. The vegan battered fish and the super pitta are favourites and we are yet to try a pizza we did not like. Highly recommended!

Travelled from Nottingham on friends recommendation. Myself and 2 fellow vegans drooled over the menu, and weren 't disappointed with what we ordered. We all had The 'Veggie Chicken Combo ' 5 popcorn, 2 drumsticks, 2 skewers Fries. Absolutely delicious and a bargain at £3.99. We all took away a large 12 Pizza, which was also scrumptious, and only £6.99. Can 't wait to go back and try the other items on the menu :

First time trying veggie lounge after seeing hearing people mention it. It really did not disappoint. I had the Vegan Drumsticks, Vegan Popcorn Chicken and Piri Piri fries as a combo, and it was incredible. I was also eating with meat eaters at the time and talked them into trying vegetarian, so they had the vegetarian pizza and calzone respectively, and were both extremely impressed. Will be ordering again very soon.

We had curly fries and an extra large vegetarian chicken pizza (between three of us, and it was enough). These were both vegan, and all pizzas can be made vegan. Both were very nice, and while not as good as their equivalents at Mr Singh's (nearby, in Birmingham), they tasted healthier, and so didn't leave you feeling drained and bloated. The venue itself is quite small, though, with limited seating, and could look a lot nicer.

Love it here, great value for such lovely tasting food, always have the meat feast pizza. And I love the cheese that they use here, the mock meat on it is seasoned really well. They aren’t greedy with the portions, kebabs are lovely and the burgers really nice, had the chicken/beef/fish burger and it was lovely. If you like a bit of junk food your in for a treat : . Also try the Satay skewers which are quite nice. The staff are really friendly and clued up on the ingredients, just clarify vegan when ordering.

If you have a hankering for takeaway or delivery pizza with all the toppings, a wide variety of burgers or other fast food, then this is the place for you! 100% veg*n, Veggie Lounge uses vegan Mozzarella cheese on request fake meats (eg sausage, chicken, pepperoni, quarter pounder burgers, chicken burgers fish burgers) in addition to the usual vegetable pizza toppings. All burgers wraps can be made vegan. A nice twist is the addition of various tandoori, aloo tikka , for veggies, paneer, options to spice things up a little. I’ve been buying from Veggie Lounge for a couple of years now and there’s a really simple reason the food is high quality, well priced, tasty and varied. There are a lot of options for vegans. A lot. In fact despite the Veggie label, with the exception of dairy pizza cheese and paneer there is very little that is otherwise not vegan. I started off as a loyal pizza customer which is some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. It seems to be really hard for places to realise customers don’t want greasy, messy pizzas but Veggie Lounge have nailed it. Would give this place no stars if I could. I used to always order from this place no issues. Ordered today and my pizza was over done and hard and my chips were burnt. I called them and explained that my food is over done hard and burnt (photo attached) I expected a sorry and not a issue we will get another pizza out to you. Instead the lady argued with me put me on hold came back and said we have changed our cheese so all our pizzas are burnt today it’s a extra crispy style as we changed the cheese then said ‘ well what do you want me to do about it?’ After going back and fourth she said give us the food back and we will refund you the money.
