I note with sadness by reading the comments that some of them compare your kitchen with that of other Asian restaurants in the area; I wanted to reassure you, working in the professional environment of the hotel as a direction and having an experience of over 17 years, your hospitality service, your staff and the quality given are undeniably generous. Originally Laos/Chinese and Westernized, I am sensitive to your cuisine respectful of our palets and adapted to less spiced tastes that actually won't survive the true Thai papaya salad that Thai friends eat and even whose smell inconvenient me:) . do not let you discourage by two or three people jaloping your kindness and who are fan of "kitchen walks," Thanks for your dishes and waiters, continue in your Asian generosity, we appreciate!!"
