very attentive waiter with the name ronnie always very courteous n courtesy. bare eating was great. all employees on the lookout are beautiful, pleasant atmosphere, so we always come back and my father loves it!

Really disappointing. We have a table for 7 for the 93. My father's birthday booked and wanted it to be a special occasion. We had to wait for every service. I have two menus between us. The food was warm when it arrived. Had to go to the counter to order the next course as there was minimal waiter service. A drink never arrived. It was clear that the servers were rushed from their feet, but the overall experience was sooo disappointing.

The food was really delicious and well presented. I recommend the steak that was delicious. The staff was attentive and helpful and thoughtful without being intrusive. There was a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, with excellent background music that was quiet enough to not spoil the conversation. When it got dark outside, the change of lighting changed the ambience I really liked. I would highly recommend the Vista Bar Cafe at The View Hotel.

In the end my husband went to the bar. Such a shame. Fortunately she didn't appear on the second evening. That night staff brilliant but my choice of gammon was wrong. Extremely salty

Unfortunately, we had to wait a long time for any service and only received 2 menus for our group. The food arrived only warm and we had to go up to the counter to order our next course due to minimal waiter service. One of our drinks never arrived. It was evident that the servers were overwhelmed with work, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing.

I had a great experience at the Vista Bar Cafe at The View hotel. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, especially the steak which I highly recommend. The staff were attentive and considerate without being overbearing. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, with excellent background music that was at a perfect volume for conversation. I mistakenly thought we would be dining at the restaurant with a view on the top floor of the hotel, but we ended up at the café on the ground floor instead. The place was not very busy, but the service was slow and we had to go to the bar to place our order. We ordered cocktails/mocktails and food, hoping to enjoy our drinks while we waited for our food to be prepared, but unfortunately, we had to wait for the cocktails as well.
