My new co-workers introduced me to this place, not far from the office It is a 24-hour diner with a menu that is a bit of a hodge podge of dishes.

Decent food and good portions for the prices (although burgers should come with sides such as salad or chips, they shouldn't be extra!) I got the butternut

The food was excellent, I couldn't find any faults with it. The staff was very friendly and always made me feel welcome. Plus, if you're staying at the hotel next door, you get a discount. I am extremely satisfied with my experience.

pleasantly surprised. when they think about 24/7, they don't think about good quality. touch and smoked laughs were really good. the table also ordered the eier benedikt, which was just as good. service was great and coffee was great. great location and a great place to visit.

We went to the restaurant before our theater show and were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary glass of wine with our meal. The restaurant was surprisingly empty during the first week of January, but the atmosphere was nice and the service was friendly. There was a guy leaving as we arrived who was speaking negatively about the restaurant and the food quality, but we are glad we decided to try it out for ourselves. VQ (formerly Vingt Quatre) has been an institution on the Fulham Road in Chelsea for 18 years, an awesome 24 hour restaurant, they've just opened a new site in Bloomsbury just off Tottenham Court Road. I first went to VQ at around 8am on New Years Day a couple of years ago, after having around an hours sleep from the night before, and since then I've been at least once a month since. Tuesday evening was the VQ Bloomsbury soft launch, which was basically a chance for the new staff to test the waters and practice on some guinea-pigs who would come back no matter how bad the first practice was. A rather big 24 hour restaurant that I have probably walked passed a number of times and have never paid attention to it. My friend chose the place and I followed (ha ha). It must have been down time when I was there as it was not that busy. We got ordering and I felt like having breakfast (at dinner time as you do) so ordered smoked salmon, eggs, granary toast and avocado. I also got a mint tea. My friend on the other hand got a burger and fries and also a butterscotch milkshake (I think) which he did not like so returned it. Service was good but the food was ok. I guess there's not much more you could with salmon and eggs. My friend enjoyed his burger and fries, it's a shame about the milk...
