"One of my favourite places to go for Japanese pastries. It's on the pricier side, however the cakes are fantastic! They have various sakura blossom cakes (seasonal) and they are fantastic. I tried the cheesecake, sakura Panna cotta and matcha cake. They are all meticulously made and delicious! I'm not too crazy about the sakura latte and I've had a better black sesame latte. Anyhow, this place is definitely recommended to try when you're around."

Delicious Japanese/french pastries and cakes. You can’t go wrong with any of the cakes. Matcha tiramisu is my favorite. Skip coffee for tea here

A little gem in Ealing Broadway. The cakes and the savoury selection is not just appealing to the eye but it is also delicious. The first bite of any cake just makes you smile, and say おいしい !

Very popular cafe 2min walk from Ealing Broadway station. Make good coffee, but it’s their cakes that are showstoppers. Nice Japanese pastries too. I would recommend the banana chocolate cake.

Great food and cakes! A little bit expensive but well worth the price! Fairly quiet too! We were served in less than 3 minutes! Although there are only 6 tabes.. so I couldn't imagine coming here when it is busy..

Super lovely cake and nice coffee. Opened by Japanese But they’ve adjust their taste according to the Europeans so the cakes are super sweet… it’s the European sweet not the Japanese sweet. Anyway here is Uk, hope the British people love it

As a Japanese Food Lover, I like this cafe a lots, it’s definitely authentic macha espresso and macha rolls that the taste of Macha is strong enough and the sweetness is relatively low comparing to some local style cakes. I would love to come again

It tastes so good ! I love cakes but I often find them too heavy and intense. This place however, offers you pastries that are light and airy, and delicious ! I had a chocolate banana cake and a sweet plum tea, and both exceeded my expectations. Such a lovely find in my neighbourhood

Excellent choice of cake no matter if it’s sweet or salty. They have a large variety to choose from, pastry, cream cake, viennoiserie, it’s like a combination of French bakery and Japanese bakery. The chestnut cake is my favourite. Their coffee and matcha tea are nice and must try. You can even collect point for drink card. It’s better go by train as hard to find parking.

Lovely cafe, we came here by surprise and it’s very pretty. We had the matcha tiramisu and matcha expresso. We were very impressed with the cake as it’s so well made and delicious. The matcha espresso was very disappointing because you would think there’s coffee in there but it just tasted like matcha powder with hot water in a small cup. We would go here again but just for the cake. No drinks!

"If you live in or visit Hanwell you must take a lazy walk down by the locks and build up an appetite before heading to the W7 Emporium. It’s a little white door by a crappy old man pub sat next to a small florist. Open the door and the atmosphere is straight away comfortable, your away from the street and simply relaxed and at home. The staff are friendly and offer as much banter as you want to be involved with so this is nice and a change from the branded offerings. The furniture is mix and match and the space light and airy so it fits well with Hanwells vibe and there is an outdoor space for the summer. The menu I would describe as funky modern Mediterranean, and there are no sausages which for me can be an issue. But if I’m being 100% honest I couldn’t care less here, the options here are well thought and imaginative. If you want a fry up there are other places in Hanwell to get one but if you want a Mexican there is only one place and that’s here. Ok I’ve given away my ultimate fave thing on the menu it’s what I have and it’s spot on. Poached eggs, nice bread, salad, crispy bacon, avocado and spicy sauce all out together and presented beautifully. So here we go it’s hands down the best place in Hanwell and if you want wine with brunch that’s fine because they serve that too. Have a couple then walk back to the canal and enjoy the afternoon whatever the season it’s a regular weekend jaunt and a compromise between a fry up for me and something healthy for the wife. In the eternal battle of good verses evil the Emporium emerges victorious every time."
