"Solid material at an angle. Open only seasonal (spring and autumn), please check the opening hours on the homepage. The interior is divided into a more modern section, a rustic with lots of wood and fireplace as well as a tasting room Vinothek. Whenever possible, you can sit here in the garden, partly covered in the house, partly shaded by a tree, partly sunny. Pleasant furniture on a lawn area, very nice and quiet without traffic noise, really relaxing. Quiet and enjoy! Reservations are only accepted for indoors, but if something is free in the garden, you can change it at any time, even in between. It is also common here, as almost everywhere in the Rheingau, to connect a table that is not fully occupied. In the offer are mainly small parts, spunkes, roast potatoes with supplements (wurst salad, frying, etc.), salad plate, tartar, cold fish plate, etc., finer and lighter than in comparable outer farms. Two, three daily dishes are on a separate map above, currently for example another salad variant, Mediterranean oven cheese and egg pancakes. All tastefully good, neat quality, and here you also know that the eye eats, correspondingly delicious the dishes look. The wine is of course very suitable for this region, especially for Riesling, but also for red wines such as Spätburgunder and Domina. If you are curious, the Japanese grape variety Koshu in the glass will not be missing, a brave experiment by the winemaker. Together with the right service, the good for me is a complete and round thing. Everything a little more sophisticated and stylish, but not too fine or formal."
