"Husband and I went for an early dinner. Although we did not have reservations, the staff quickly and graciously found us a great place. Service was quick and courteous Sekt with cassis for me to start. YUM! Hubby had sauerbraten and I had Blutwurst...pirogues of some sort with sauerkraut. Everything was served at the perfect temperature and was delicious. I cannot help but miss bread with dinner, but it just does not appear to happen here. We had a lovely dinner and the tab was quite reasonable. I think we would both like to sample other items on the menu and I know we'll be back"

cozy atmosphere in the various stubs welcome us. very small map, where you can certainly find his court. we had sausage salad and roastbeef with bratkartoffeln and were highly satisfied. various local weine supplement the wellness program.

spontaneously we decided to eat there. we read here in the app before. we were not disappointed...my friend chef could just rate eating with great value.Super wine selection. We enjoyed a delicious meal sitting outside in the patio area, but under cover on a table at the side. We were glad of the cover when it started to rain. The waitress was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the food and local...wine. A lovely place to spend the evening enjoying a delicious meal. A point to note is that payment was by cash only we hadn't noticed the sign although ATMs nearby

The food was good value and nice but when the bill game we were told that no credit cards nor any NON German EC cards were accepted ! With others words , foreigners have to pay cash! Nowhere there are signs or information to inform...visitors of this inconvenient fact. Such an embarrassment that a guest has to go out to find an ATM machine to get cash! Penny wise, pound foolish as I will not recommend this place to foreigners for this reason. Such a pity

Hello Today, 9.10.2015, I was invited to dinner in the restaurant: Zur Weinpump, in Eltville. I didn't know this restaurant and I am totally enthusiastic!!! A super ambience, service friendly, nice and very helpful. Eating a true dream tastefully brilliant. A restaurant very recommended. You feel very well in every respect and looked after. This place is now one of my favorites!!! Unfortunately you can only forgive 5 stars this place would have earned at least 10 stars

The restaurant is in the centre of town and not overly appealing from the outside, but inside there are many loving touches and great attention to detail. The tables were set with flowers and little oil lamps. All spotlessly clean. The waiters were competent and...friendly. The menu is traditional and portions are large. We were asked if we would like to take away any leftovers. Hearty, quite heavy fare authentic and flavoursome. This restaurant does not accept credit cards
