Service is extremely bad! Waitress is very rude and aggressive! Food was good but lack of customer service made us finish the meal earlier than attended. Overpriced! Pure commercial restaurant and no person touch at all! Do NOT recommend at all.

The restaurant has good food overall, with their fish and potato sides standing out. Their menu does partially change based on the season. Their English menu is helpful for tourists. The establishment can get quite busy, being in such a prime location, but food was...served decently quickly.

One of the many typical German/Bavarian restaurants in the area, but I guess one of the better. We went here for dinner and were lucky to get a table in their ample outside seating area. Food is good, we had 'Schweinebraten' and 'Sauerbraten (beef stew),...which were both really good. Proces are average for this part of town, so the value for money is good as well. Service was good and friendly.

My husband and I were recommended this restaurant by the staff of a local cafe, as we were looking for typical Bavarian food. Granted, it was very busy, but after we were left standing outside for a good five minutes, we finally managed to get...one of the waitresses’ attention who bluntly told us to sit wherever and then turned her back on us. So we joined two very nice locals at their table and waited to be served. After ten minutes, we noticed that other people who had arrived at the same time had at least a drink served. The waitress continued to ignore us, despite repeated attempts to get her to take our order for at least a beer. We decided to leave after 15 minutes. I can only assume...

For the longest time, I thought that I didn't like Weissbier. Apparently, I had just been trying the wrong breweries. Several people I dined with also became converts of Weissbier here. In addition to the beer, the food here is traditional Bavarian, with an emphasis...on tradition. Their ingredients are proudly locally sourced and they offer menu items that you just don't see in more touristy establishments. This is the place you'd take Grandpa if you wanted him to have something that his mother may have cooked when he was a child. Service personnel often don't get the credit they deserve.
