"Old School.: This is not to be compared with system gastronomics today and has become very rare! Everything is done by motivated hands. The Rumpsteak yesterday was fried to the point with fresh supplements, unfortunately I didn't quite manage the 220 grams. It was because all the supplements were just as delicious and wonderfully dressed. Today I tried the homemade sour meat, hammer! Price performance...super! The two evenings were very cozy and reminded me of my teaching period (1986 89 in the Holsteiner Hof in Reinfeld). The service cannot be more perfect!!!!! All in all....2 beautiful evenings. Greetings to the complete team of the Baltic Sea Coast Jana and Frank Hamann PS: We come back!!!!"

Schleswig is a charming town by the Schlei fjord, known for its medieval history and Viking heritage. Try "Fliederbeersuppe," a traditional elderberry soup, for a taste of local cuisine.
