"My friends and I stumbled across this little bar as we were walking around the Lekeitio harbour. From the outside it doesnt look super inviting but we thought we would give it a try. Once inside we were greeted by the hostess Barbera who is a wonderful character and very hospitable and accomodating. She was more than generous with her drink pouring and although my spanish is almost non existent and she couldnt speak a word of english we all managed to communicate effectively through the international language of smiling and conveying positive body expression. I didnt eat any of the food so cant comment, but it all looked delicious and maybe next time I will give it a try. The bar is located right on the harbour so the outside area provides a wonderful location to sit and people watch whilst enjoying a couple of drinks. When you are in the area go in and say hi to Barbera, im sure you wont be disappointed. If you have expecations of something flash and stylish this wont be for you, however if you are looking for an authentic experience then dont walk by. Can definitely recommend."

very attentive and grateful for the detail of letting me load the electric wooden bike, which played with the local wood. Eskerrik asko!

This bar is trying to be a bit Irish in more ways than one, if you are English you will understand the double meaning. Outside is a great place to sit and people watch, inside is a confused bar neither one thing or the other. But you can’t fault the service. But stay away from sitting near the loos as no closes that door!,, Either one thing or the other View menu

I don’t understand all the negative reviews for this place our host Barbera was amazing. She was so generous with our drinks we had a great craic with her. We loved it here, we didn’t eat so no comment but to be fair the pinchos looked very tasty. All in all highly recommend xxx we will be back in fact we are on our way to there now !! Plus the view of the harbour is fabulous!!!

in the port of lekeitio, with wonderful views and with a large terrace. first we order several pintxos and then two rations. the tortilla pintxo was fine, the very tasty changrro, the croquettes with very creamy ham and the very rich slaps. We asked the chipirones in their ink, which were spectacular and the codillo with peppers, very tender, got rid of the fork. There's no service at the table, only at the bar. They give you a parasite that sounds when your order is. We didn't have to wait long. the service of normal waiters, they could be a little more friendly and a little faster.
