"we consider this as a special event restaurant it is really very expensive, but eating is nice. they have a great wine card and cocktails and service was good. I had previously thought that this had dropped a little while last lunch, but the dinner staff was prompt and attentive. they have included what a garden was back in the past, so the place is much bigger. there was no one who sat in this antidote when we left, and it was empty and a little strange looking. they all held in front and we were close to this area so it was a bit creepy. they could diners scatter a bit wider to make it less."

a group of eight of us visited this restaurant Saturday 7.May. that was my fourth visit here and as usual it was excellent to eat. we had the tasting menu, everything was delicious. will be back soon

Recently experienced the tasting menu here, along with the wine pairing. The restaurant itself is cosy and warm, with very friendly staff. Each course was full of flavour and was well explained, and well complimented by the wine pairing. Will definitely make a return visit...the next time I am in Northern Ireland.

Wine Brine is truly outstanding from the greeting upon arrival, the decor and ambience to the service and finally the food. All three courses were truly exceptional! This was the best meal I have eaten in many years and without doubt the...very best in Ireland. Every aspect of the Wine and Brine experience could not be faulted. The restaurant is calm and inviting and was lovely to be, in as outside a hurricane had been blowing earlier! I’m already looking forward to a return visit!
