First time ordering from this place for home delivery the food was cold and chips were very soggy. Not the best first time experience and would describe it as very disappointing.

Spent £21 for a meal and 15 minutes wait, the chicken burger was so burnt ot crumbled of the meat. The meat was very hard and dry as it was very burnt. Very annoyed tried calling them but they didn’t pick up.

Just popped in on way past , our daughters 6th birthday. Literally THE BEST wings, chips , brownies for kids , beer for dad ! Staff went above and beyond . Really recommend! Great great local restaurant. Will be back View menu

We got a selection of different flavored wings and chips for a delivery. It was honestly very tasty and leaving us wanting more. The flavours are all nice but the BBQ wings we thought could be a bit better, and the chicken bites were a little dry inside. Will definitely be eating from here again though, the wings and chips were very satisfying.

I had a bad experience with the two female staff members at this restaurant. Their attitudes were vindictive and vile. During a visit with my family of four, they were constantly giggling at us. After I sent an email complaining about my experience, one of the staff members decided to ban me from the restaurant. I am surprised that they are still employed there.

I am disappointed to say that the chicken was undercooked during my recent visit to this restaurant. I used to be a regular customer, but after this experience, I will not be returning. When I brought up this issue with the staff, they did not see any problem with the presence of blood in the chicken. This has left me with significant concerns about the overall food safety at this establishment. View menu

The two female employees at the front were impolite and lacked any customer service skills. They completely ignored us upon arrival and departure, and it was evident that they were judging us based on our food choices. They were laughing and gossiping while giving us dirty looks as we ate. The quality of the food became irrelevant due to the terrible experience. We have no intention of returning.

Been going here for 4 years this was our 1st visit since the pandemic. Seems to be lots taken off the menu, no milkshakes or desserts anymore. Service not great, couldn’t be bothered to explain the 2-4-1 was only on one item, seemed to be more interested in chatting to her mates, if we come to Loughton again would probably go to Caribbean cafe down the road, better atmosphere tbh more pleasant, sorry

First of all food was incredible. Cajun fries delicious, wings hotter than Satan's balls, burger and wrap tasted great (shared all of this between two people). Reasonably priced at £45 between two people (not a problem considering how good the food was) Service absolutely horrendous. Rude front of house team who stood around on their phones the entire time, we never received a check back, plates were not cleared, ignored as we left. This place has so much potential to be a great place to go out, just not if you want any interaction with the staff whatsoever View menu
