"We stumbled across Wiseguys when we were mooching around Bridlington. Myself and partner fancied a decent burger and came across this gem just a 2 minute walk from the Christmas market we came to see. The staff were lovely, very helpful and very quick service. They serve pizzas, pastas and burgers. My partner and I shared a tomato garlic bread to start with and it was amazing. Done in a proper pizza oven, just couldn’t fault it. I had the New Yorker burger, and my partner the Louisiana chicken baguette. All were served with chips and dips and again amazing quality. Could’ve licked the plate clean. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area. Can’t wait to go through and try it again"

a delicious Italian with a good choice on the menu. it feels a bit child-friendly, but eating is well prepared and a decent price. also it is in a first class position. like a frankie and bennies the waiter brought me the wrong court because he didn't write anything, I hate to point it out, but it happened.

they go here regularly. eating is so beautifully made with an open kitchen. no problems with the means of life I ordered. I'm usually a picky water, but I never needed to choose at my meals and was able to enjoy them and relax. the prizes are worth it, I would say as the portions are branching off and the taste is to die. many employees, but only what I have to say, need work is some of the girls are young and just need to talk more as they are a little shy/fast, but all beautiful and beautiful

We unexpectedly discovered Wiseguys while exploring Brid. The staff greeted us warmly as soon as we entered, and were incredibly friendly throughout our visit. The restaurant has a cool vibe with a stylish interior. The menu offers a diverse selection of Italian American dishes, giving us plenty of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the pizza, which was generously topped with delicious ingredients. Surprisingly, none of the food was greasy, including the onion rings, pizza, and fries. Wiseguys is a perfect combination of exceptional service and fantastic food, making it a place we will definitely visit again when in the area.

"Visited today with my wife and month old daughter whilst we are on holiday in the area. We didn’t have a booking but this wasn’t a problem, the staff were friendly throughout and accommodating about lack of booking. We asked for a children’s menu...(website says they have one) but we were advised it’s was the basket meals menu which they advertise as selling to guests sat outside, they did also mention they could make a smaller portion of something from the adult menu. The basket meals menu is mainly fried food and chips, the kind you might share with friends over drinks, I wouldn’t call it a children’s menu. To me a children’s meal should at least come with some option of veg/salad/beans and ideally not be fried, plus the chips that arrived with her chicken bites were salted, not great for little ones. We didn’t make a fuss as for one meal as a treat we weren’t unduly worried but it would put me off going back with children. They also charged the full basket meal price so no reduction for children. Our meals, fried garlic mushrooms, salt and pepper chicken goujons to start then a beef burger and chicken burger as mains, arrived promptly and were generous portions. The food was fine, nothing spectacular just average pub food. The main issue on our visit and the thing that made the whole meal much more stressful and unenjoyable was the flies, we were sat in what they called the restaurant area and our whole meal start to finish was disrupted by or flies continuously buzzing round us, trying to land on our food and land on us, not fun. I accept that or flies can be around when doors or windows are open and it’s hard to stop them coming when food is around but or round us and more to be seen in the room seems too many to me, it really put us off especially when they were landing on our daughter. At the point of eating the meal we didn’t raise the issue as we couldn’t see that anything could be done about it and I’m sure the staff are not a fan of the flies either. I did raise the issue whilst paying and was told they knew about the problem and were doing their best to solve it, sadly for us it would stop me wanting to go again. All in all not a great experience and the food whilst nice enough wasn’t good enough to overcome the issue of the flies and the lack of a proper children’s menu."
