The service at this restaurant was excellent, especially from our server Poppy who served us with amazing charisma. Unfortunately, I had to deduct one star because a young man quickly stole the £20 tip I left for her. The food was a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 5. View menu

5 Stars... Such a great venue. Family friendly, happy staff and great food. Sophie and Ryan served us and were absolutely lovely. Food was delicious and portions were huge. Steaks were cooked to perfection and our 7 year old loved the lotus biscoff Sunday. We will definitely be back :

I heard that this restaurant may be closing soon. The food was lacking, the previous manageress had ruined the place, there were no customers, and the best staff had left. There is no atmosphere since the change in ownership and there seems to be attitude problems. Overall, I would rate the food a 2, service a 2, and atmosphere a 1.

I use this during the day, I am not really a night drinker. Its located conveniently over the road to spoons which I go into and near enough to pie shop. I like the Thatchers, not many places sell it and only £3 a pint. There is always a few in and if you like sport the tellies will show racing and whatever is on.
