"Reception was a bit difficult to find myself, but staff has been extremely helpful during my stay. Check-in was smooth, and room was a very nicely sized area, which also appeared very clean. Received a message from the hotel that the music in the bar could lead to noise until 2am, however this was very well covered. Couldn't hear the music from the room. Breakfast was good as well, freshly prepared for me on the spot. Would definitely recommend to others when staying in or near March. Thank you for your hospitality!"

We stopped in for a Sunday carvery and it was lovely! The gentleman behind the bar was an absolute pleasure and made our visit very pleasant. Highly recommended food was fast and hot, we also ordered from the menu for my son and his food was ready by the time we got our food from the carvery. Lots of seats, very clean . Will definitely visit again.

Friendly and historic large pub/hotel, very popular with the locals. Very clean room with everything thing you need.. Good base for short visit to the area. We were warned about a noisy bank holiday night... And it certainly was. We were supplied with ear plugs.. Thoughfull. Food was good... Much better than more expensive establishments we have visited.
