"As part of the Vintage Steam Train package we were booked into Zinc for our Cream Tea. It is an interesting venue with a history back to 1901 as a Victorian school. It is now a community centre with all sorts of activities and a lovely, comfortable, light and airy upstairs lounge where we enjoyed our Cream Tea. Freshly baked scones and cakes and lots of tea. Friendly, attentive and informative staff. Well-worth a visit."

Wow, the burgers at this restaurant are seriously amazing! They outshine places like Hard Rock Cafe. All five of us ordered different meals from the menu and they were all great.

my daughter, who has Down syndrome, loves her drama classes on Friday and during the lockdown, her daily zoom sessions kept her running. I can't praise them enough. the personal is simply incredible!

The Fish and Chips at this restaurant are fantastic. The building is charming and lovely. There is also a basement fitness center downstairs. Additionally, there is a great shop that sells fancy dress and dance wear.

If your after a simple lunch or snack then this is a good place to visit. The food is good for the price, there's always a choice of freshly baked cakes. The cream teas are particularly good value but need to be booked in advance. There is also free parking but this can be limited at busy times. They also only have two high chairs which can be a problem.

Had a wonderful afternoon tea here. Sandwiches lovely. Home made cakes and scones out of this world. Couldn 't finish it all in one sitting so had 'doggy bags ' for remainder. With the price they charge we can 't work out how they make any profit. All the staff were really friendly. Going back soon. Suggest you try it for yourselves, you won 't be regret it.
