The Turkish food at this restaurant is excellent, and the service is top-notch. The ambiance of the restaurant is also very pleasant.

We went to eat for the first time and it was my last time. We wanted a burger. I had diarrhea. The ayran was not cold and it was very bad

I have been to this restaurant twice, but this will be my last visit. The waitstaff kept asking to clear our plates multiple times, even when my daughter was still eating. It felt as though they were rushing us to leave as soon as possible.

Ordered from Uber Eats and unfortunately the food was not edible! Half of the meat was completely raw, the edge of the kofte meat was overcooked but the middle was raw. Disgusting! Called the restaurant, they were not helpful at all they said I should call Uber Eats. I would have appreciated a little kindness as they ruined our dinner completely. Will never visit this place or order online again!

Ima keep it real, I orders off Uber eats with decent expectations, and after spending quite some money on a mixed grill it came stale. The meat had curry seasoning on it? That confused me mostly. One stale slice of pita bread sent with entire order and it smelt nearly gone off. Only surprisingly good thing was the boxed salad. That was fresh. Overall I wouldn’t recommend and that’s just being honest

EDIT 05/04/24: Unfortunately whilst the below comments were true a few years ago, the place has gone seriously downhill over the past few months. The food is very, very hit and miss, when it's good, it's reasonable but when it's not good, it really is poor. And the above comments only relate to in the restaurant. God forbid you order a delivery! Delivery orders are shockingly poor. Wrong orders, cold food and often, squashed food, out of its container covered in chilli sauce or similar. It's a real shame, this place used to be one of our favourite restaurants so I can only implore the owners to take note of mine and other comments and sort your company out before it's too late. the atmosphere of the place is relaxing and beautifully decorated. the service is in order not to scream, but the quality of the food is shameful and I am not alone in my opinion, as accompanied with partner. they would imagine the ideal BBQ plate would be a steak – how can that go so terrible wrong, it is not brain surgery, but they managed to get it wrong in style. medium rare – turns out a steak so dry and free from taste so much so that you dog would reject it. not only that, but the steaks were not cooked evenly and how they can be made good – medium and rare and only glazed with a flame on a steak, but they reached it. partner ordered well done and had done it from medium rare to good....
