"this is a popular restaurant with my family because we know that it likes the vegan, vegetarian and omnis. the rustic pizza here is incredible, a crisp, delicate chest loaded with super delicious toppings. zizzi not only plonk veggies on teig and call it the vegan pizza, they will dinge like artichoke, oliven, vegan pfefferoni and more. the dessert we had was also incredible, although very rich and sweet. I could never manage the full 3 cursor meal, so ended up with a few home; breakfast pizza! I would say that on the set menu we had, there was only a vegan option for a starter and it was somehow meh', tomaten bruschetta. But if that's so good, it doesn't matter if the starter was just a warm up. the dessert was very tasty, but on too sweet though a child would probably love it. it was also quite obviously not fresh, as mine had a dense, from where it was beaten into the freezer. I would expect this to be quite normal for a chain restaurant, but I don't mind! the personal here is really warm and accumic, we had a nice chat with our waitress and she seemed like a very real person! updated by the previous review on 2021-11-19"

The vegan zuca pizza is simply excellent, as is the lentil ragu. I haven't found a better vegan pizza in Scotland

The menu is very clear with there being a separate menu for vegans with lots of options. Had the brushetta which was great and the Margherita pizza with vegan cheese and added other toppings.

We have had consistently great food and service in this beach of Zizzis. There’s a great selection of options, including desserts and everything is well labeled. Lovely staff and a great option for dining with omnis.

I visited for lunch not long after the introduction of their vegan menu, I had the classic margherita and nectarini for dessert. Both were very nice, the vegan cheese is made from rice milk, which was surprisingly very tasty I was skeptical at first, but I'd definitely eat here again!

they are here twice now and have a pretty good vegan pizza for a big chain restaurant. pizza and oliven is here somehow their only choice, but the staff was helpful, they have a good choice of toppings and the vegan cheese is quite good. could do with some more vegan options for dessert.

I was really impressed that Zizzi’s have a separate vegan menu. I had pizza which was delicious, and included vegan cheese (coconut based if I recall). They had a few starters which I didn’t try but looked nice, and also deserts which again sounded good but after the yummy pizza there was no space to try them. Next time :

We got hungry from walking around Glasgow, and when I checked the HappyCow app to see what was closest, this came up. The vegan pizza was very good, they use a homemade cheese made from rice milk. The waitress told us they had only recently started doing that, and was very interested to find out what we thought of it. It was a little thinner/runnier than most vegan cheeses but it tasted good.

Although zizzi is a chain, they actually have a nice vegan menu (which they need to ask) with three pizzas, two pasta dishes and some appetizers. we had the pizzas and they tasted really nice (but at 10-12 pfund were all a little expensive, especially since this is a chain restaurant.) drink selection is not so beautiful and very expensive, but they can always order water for free. also, expect to wait a long time for her to eat, which could be good or bad depending on her expectations.
