Tucked away in a basement, so not busy, but perfect for a group on a Friday evening compared to other City restaurants.

The personal service was excellent and very accommodating. The flavors were delightful, and the food was fresh and served warm. The atmosphere was lovely.

I actually loved having the entire place to ourselves late on the Friday. Really good ambience despite being alone, which I think was down to the decor and not having a window to the street. For some reason a window to the outside street makes an empty restaurant feel especially empty. Food was decent and reasonably priced, would return again.

People seem to view this place as more of a hotel than a restaurant, as it serves breakfast in the mornings. They could have done more to create a restaurant atmosphere, such as adding dim lighting and candles on the tables. Instead, it felt a bit like being in a school setting. While the appetizers were satisfactory, we found that half of the menu was unavailable, which left us with limited options. The main course was quite basic and average—nothing to write home about.

It is a place you don 't see, unfortunately the advertising is not massive for know and I really hope they will Increase their visibility from the outside...but once you walk downstairs is just a WoW! Lovely table set up and atmosphere, staff is very friendly and very tasty food. Recommended a round of starters to prepare yourself for the mains. I 've been impressed by the grey mayo (octopus ink mayo) that should come with the 'Fritto Misto ', great idea and tasty! I personally had the 'Guazzetto di pesce ' as Main which I will gladly order again. Go for a try. View menu
