"Mit dem Brauhaus war die Durchführung meiner privaten Geburtstagsfeier mit 22 Personen in einem eigenen separaten (kleinen) Raum vereinbart. Im schriftlichen Angebot hatte das Bauhaus - wie abgesprochen - bestätigt, die Bestuhlung in U-Form zu stellen und einen Sekt-Empfang vorzubereiten. die Organisation:Zunächst waren wir erschrocken, dass der kleine Raum nicht nur für unsere private Feier zur Verfügung stand. Wir mussten ihn mit zwei kleinen (fremden) Gruppen teilen. Wegen der Enge im Raum waren die Tische nicht in U-Form, sondern in L-Form gestellt. Die Stühle waren so nah an die Wand gepresst, dass schon ein Aufstehen sehr schwierig und ein „dahinterher Gehen“ überhaupt nicht möglich war. Weil kein Platz im Raum war, konnte auch der - vereinbarte - Sekt-Empfang nicht stattfinden. Meine Gäste mussten sich notgedrungen, direkt an die Tische setzen. Ein „Empfang der Gäste“, wie es üblich ist und von meinen Gästen sicherlich auch erwartet worden ist, war nicht möglich. Es stand auch kein Sekt für den Empfang der Gäste bereit. Erst nachdem Sie am Tisch platzgenommen hatten, wurden sie nach und nach gefragt - praktisch als erste Getränkebestellung -, ob sie Sekt oder Sekt mit O-Saft wollten. Die eigentlich nette Begrüßung meiner Gäste, so wie sie üblich ist, musste also aus Platzgründen entfallen. Wegen der fremden Personen im Raum, erfolgten auch keine Ansprachen oder sonstigen Reden anlässlich meines 60. Geburtstages. Das war sehr ärgerlich und sehr unangenehm und enttäuschend für mich. das Essen:Vom Hauptgang des Essens waren wir alle sehr enttäuscht. Bei der Zusammenstellung des Menüs wurde, wie von der Geschäftsleitung vorgeschlagen, Kartoffelkuchen, Spitzkohl mit 2 bis 3 Scheiben Braten vereinbart. Tatsächlich waren es keine 2 bis 3 Scheiben Fleisch, sondern lediglich 2 sehr kleine Portionen Fleisch, das zudem sehr fettig war. Viele meiner Gäste konnten das Fleisch deshalb nicht essen und haben es zurück- oder einem anderen gegeben. Statt Kartoffelkuchen, wurden nur 3 bis 4 kleine Stückchen Salzkartoffeln und ein sehr kleiner Löffel Gemüse beigelegt. Wenn in einem Menü-Angebot Gemüse und Kartoffel aufgeführt sind, darf man sicher davon ausgehen, dass diese dann auch ein wesentlicher Teil des Essens und nicht nur Dekoration sind. Mir war es überaus peinlich, dass meinen Gästen, die ich ja zum Essen eingeladen hatte, eine solche Mini-Portion serviert wurde und die Gäste, die das Fleisch nicht essen konnten, wahrscheinlich hungrig nach Hause gefahren sind.die Bedienung:Die Bedienung hat noch Einweisungsbedarf. Wenn ich mir z. B. zum Nachtisch einen Kaffee bestelle, habe ich für die Antwort, da muss ich erst mal sehen, ob noch weitere Gäste Kaffee wollen, wenig Verständnis. Und die Teller schon abzuräumen, wenn der Tischnachbar mit seinem Essen noch nicht fertig ist, ist auch sehr verwunderlich. Zudem schien die Bedienung nicht nur hinsichtlich des ausgefallenen Sekt-Empfangs, sondern insgesamt unvorbereitet vorbereitet gewesen zu sein. Teilweisen war ihr noch nicht einmal die Auswahlmöglichkeiten des Menüs bekannt.Fazit:Es ist schon erstaunlich, dass eine Lokalität sich nicht an mündliche und schriftliche Zusage hält. Dies hat dazu geführt, dass eine als private Feier geplante Veranstaltung zum Reinfall wurde. Bemerkenswert (oder auch nicht) ist, dass sich die Geschäftsleitung nicht zu den schriftlich vorgetragenen Beschwerden geäußert hat."

Owners and employees top in kindness, attention and stroke. Eat delicious in taste and appearance. Fortunately, we were able to stay in one of the individually best and tastefully renovated rooms. Tip: better not choose rooms to the street due to traffic noise therefore 1 star less awarded. Soon electric charging also for cars.

We stayed on a day tour with the bike (Waterburgenrout) in Euskirchen County and wanted to go to Münstereifel. We discovered the brewhouse with its cosy courtyard. The entire old farm is worth seeing and above all with how much taste it was restored. In the old barn was a wedding party, the farm was full of lunches. The map was seasonal and with fresh products. We bought tickets for an event at Brauhaus in September. I informed myself about the procedure before buying tickets, as we wanted to visit the event as a family, with seniors. I was told that tables are covered, tables are fixedly reserved and a tasting would be offered in the sense of a small brewhouse card. I asked for a binding table reservation. We are a small diner of women who meet at regular intervals in different restaurants to spend a nice evening. This time we met at the brewhouse for dinner. Another lady and I ordered the Rumpsteak medium with foil potato and side-lay salad. After some time we got a relatively no Rumsteak-well-done!
