"I am travelling through Germany and always asked for what is traditional. I decided to take the Thuringia bratle (similar :) )It cost me 9 euros and was really good, also the portion was a bit bigger, but I could finish it.The restaurant inside is rustic, but I really like the charm. The also have a small beer garden outside, but I guess the locals know a good place. It probably was the offer (smoked rips) why it was full in the beer garden. I had a look and saw many happy faces.Unlimited rips with sauerkraut and potatoes... I should come back here one day :)Probably I will make another stopover in this beautiful, historical city."

Likes: price was low, we (husband and I) ate pork ribs with potatoes and sauerkraut until we couldn't eat more! The beer was good and cold. Dislikes: no dessert, except for ice cream.

Traditional Thüringer beer garden. Local, very tasty beers (Siechn Weizen vom Fass), very nice host. Delicious food great seating in front of the restaurant. I'll be back in a defined way! View menu

I can only say it was great. The food 1a, its own beer, the host great. Was again eating there and if there were 10 stars for this, even these are too little for this locomotive. The host loves everything and keep doing so.

We've just arrived in the evening. A friendly waiter welcomed and served us. Here you get still groundy food, even if we chose something light, which was very tasty, due to summer temperatures. The price-performance ratio is top and we like to come back. Please note the opening hours are only possible in the evening, Sunday and Monday rest day) and only cash payment is possible.

I had not expected to be so amazed by this little restaurent. Between old bottle, paintings from around weimar and the un countable tee pots lies a ambiance unique. I had superb meal, traditional food done perfectly. The service vas AWSOME. The owner has this garlic liquor that he makes himself that is really good. I recommend it if you want to eat a good home meal. I will definitely go back as soon as I can. View menu

We didn't have a table reservation and the few tables there were all taken; however, the guests at the biggest table allowed us to sit on their table where there was enough room for another four people. Apparently this place has not only nice, excellent service, but nice, friendly customers as well. I had the daily special with onion soup as an appetizer, and it was great. I especially liked the potato croquettes. I'd go there anytime again!

Very recommended! From the telephone reservation to the adoption Top! Very nice and competent service with fleeting sayings successful conclusion DANKE for it! The food is plentiful and so tasty, so well we haven't eaten out!! Also the greeting from the kitchen was megalecker. The beer is also highly recommended because homemade(we had the bright and the cellar beer)! If we come back to Weimar, then only you come to dinner!!! Because the card wants to be eaten. We wish you a full guest room all the time.
