"Having been diners at this hotel for over 20yrs it never fails to deliver a first class dining experience.we diner here in August and September with friends,from entering the hotel we recieved a warm and friendly welcome from all the staff,special mention must to to...sue who seems to run a very friendly whilst remaining TOTALY professional team. Having been unable to visit since March due to the covid pandemic we were a little unsure as to what we would find,we need not have worried from entering to leaving we witnessed the great lengths the hotel have gone to to keep both staff and customers safe,from temperature checks on entering,data collection of guests,adequate distancing between tables,all staff adhering to safety measures throughout our stay.it gave an overwhelming feeling of being safe thus enabling each and everyone of us to enjoy the OUTSTANDING food.......I have said it before and I will say it again the quality and presentation of the food at Astley Bank is outstanding,so in conclusion thank you Astley Bank team for maintaining your high standards in all departments,thank you for keeping us safe,and thank you for once again giving us a great dining experience. Already looking forward to our visit next week."
