"The place to be in Düsseldorf for Mexican Food!My favourite place in general, to be honest. Food is sooo good and you've got to try the homemade lemonade they serve. This place is relaxed, so no expensive or exclusive dress code needed. A place to chill and feel like home. There is a lunch offer that is 9€ a meal incl. softdrink. Awesome. A little off the general sights and shopping spots of Düsseldorf but definitely worth a visit. Enjoy your meal and the Mexican atmosphere."

"So far the only restaurant in Düsseldorf I visited more than once although I spent quite some time here this year. The staff is attentive and the place is clean and generally nice to be in. Outside tables suck a bit as its right next to a busy street. The food is reasonably priced and It tastes delicious. I'm no expert on sushi but this is up there with the best I had so far. Their unagi will make your eyes water with joy, seldom does a restaurant get the eel crispy and tasty. The menu is also surprisingly transparent and comprehensible, which I can't say of many sushi bars"

"The pizzeria does everything right, this once before for the Corona hysterics. You stand out in the cold, this is not so healthy, because we are supposed to stay in the overheated apartments. The staff was very friendly, I kept it out and took a pizza. Was very tasty, well-stocked and tasteful. I'm still healthy. The pizzeria is recommended. Anyone who has panic fear of Corona can also order. This is safer than my contact with people out there. I hope I can pick up some food."

"Ask about gf food on the menu. They know very well about gluten and contamination. They offer gf bread which is baked in a separate oven without cross contamination. Be aware of the rice though: make sure it is really gluten-free, because it comes mixed with brown noodles looking like wild rice! Highly recommend the food. Very delicious, plus they are all friendly and caring."

Die Musik sehr merkwürdig und zu laut."

"Wir waren mal wieder in einer unserer Lieblingsstädte- in Düsseldorf.Ich suchte uns im Vorfeld etwas Gutes zum Essen raus - mir war dieses Mal nach "griechisch".Aufgrund der Bewertungen entschied ich mich für das Askitis. Es war eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Warum? Zuerst macht das Lokal optisch was her - einfach gemütlich und sehr gepflegt. Das Publikum war völlig unterschiedlich und dass Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend . Wir kamen um 19 Uhr und eine 1/2 Stunde später war alles komplett besetzt. Nun aber zum Wesentlichen - dem Essen. Zuerst gab es eine leckere Knoblauchcreme mit sehr schmackhaften Brot und dann kam unsere Vorspeise (gebackener Schafskäse und gebackene Auberginen mit Spinat) und die war genial. Wir hätten uns alleine an den Tapas ähnlichen Vorspeisen satt essen können. Als Hauptspeise hatte ich gefülltes Filet und meine Partnerin Fleischspieße. Beide hatten wir als Beilage super leckere frittierte Kartoffelscheiben. Auch der Wein war klasse. Abschließend möchte ich das noch sehr gute Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis erwähnen. Fazit: absolute Empfehlung - wir kommen wieder."

"the restaurant is really nice also has tables outside the people who are responsible for the service, cannot be more friendly than they are. the environment is great, the atmosphere is family friendly and the music is super beautiful. eating is simply amazing my man and I had a mix plate for entrance, a pizza, linguine with salmon and pesto, a tiramisu, and cream brûlée the presentation of the teller is top, decoration and the aromen are fresh the sauces really well made. this restaurant is a must to visit for Italian food lovers!"

"we have been in this restaurant several times and now it will be time for me to finally leave a good review. I have tried various foods, from appetizers to suppers to main dishes, it has always tasted excellent. once a court was too sharp to me, I asked the waiter, who also thinks I was the owner, who somehow alleviate the sharp. he was then so friendly and brought me a completely new dish without getting up! Also the cocktails are highly recommended, also here I have tried various sorts and can all highly recommend. regarding the service is the personal very fast, for my taste also friendly but perhaps not as chatty as in other restaurants. always like to come back here!"

"I was on a business trip and just saw this restaurant going past. the personal was very friendly and asked me for help (because I was unfamiliar with Korean eating) they explained to me what is to be found on the menu and what all Korean dishes are. the menu was served very quickly and the quality of the food was very good. I was there with my business partner and it was an optimal place for a short but good little dinner. I would recommend this restaurant for fast but very good meals. thanks also for the friendly and helpful service. price was absolutely ok."

"This place is always busy and any local knows the place. So that itself speaks for it. The place is small with roughly 5 bar tables and stools. The food and service is surely outstanding and you can pick from the regular menu (mostly salad,...pizza pasta) as well as from the daily changing dishes that often combine some ingredients that you would not expect at your regular Italian Pizzeria around the corner. The food is freshly prepared and you can look into the open kitchen to check that. The guests are a wild mix of the business man after a stressed day at work, the family wife picking up an order “to go” as well as the fresh couple getting to know each other at one of the 2 window tables. Great leger atmosphere with very tasty food. Pizzeria Sardegna is closed on Saturdays! You cannot make reservations but it is definitely worth a try to go there!"

"Traveling on business, I often rely on recommendations from locals and hotel concierges. In this case, the recommendation was spot on. I was dining alone, but you would have thought I was the most important guest they had this evening. Just a block from the Rhine, but tucked away, it's unlikely that anyone will stumble on this place, which is a shame.They were busy this evening with a few groups and a few tables of two. I had a soup, filet, and dessert and all were superb. The espresso was strong, the P Brut was chilled and fabulous, and the staff was kind, welcoming, and attentive. If you find yourself in Düsseldorf, find your way to Da Clà."

"SO I went there for dinner after with a friend after a long day at the exhibition, after ordering we got a dip of olive oil and aceto balsamico with warm Italian bread. We were unaware of hte quantities so we ordered salads to...share and orders of seafood linguini each. The salads came, one was asparagus salad with orange vinigrette and the other had rocca, chives, tomatoes parmigiano and orange pulp. Quantities were really large, we couldn't finish them. The main dish came then, OMG it was huge!! Pasta was aldente as it should with generous amount of assorted fish and a nice tomato sauce. There wasn't any calamari or mussles and only one shrimp and this is were the dish ca improve, but over all the food was really good and filling, there was room only for a very good espresso.. Highly recommended if in Dusseldorf.."

"Had two take-aways in the past and it was my first time to eat at the restaurant.Food was OK, well spiced and sufficient, yet..Main problem was- waiting for 90 minutes before we received our dishes was a bit too much. The place was packed with people, due to an exhibition in town, but their arrangement of serving complete order, per table, meant you had to wait for your "turn" to eat. Not the best arrangement after a long day at the exhibition and not much to eat during the day.Assume it'll be better when the place is more at ease, but when you travel to D'dorf for an exhibition, should be taken into consideration before you go."
