"Wir hatten nur 45 Minuten Zeit zum Essen und es war perfekt! So schneller Service! Und ausgezeichnetes Tagesmenu sowie à la carte (und ebenso schnell wie das Tagesmenu! Ich hatte à la carte Eglifilet, waren köstlich, auch die Sauce, deshalb so schnell fertig, ich kam nicht dazu, ein Supplément für die Sauce zu verlangen, da stand die Serviertochter (oder war es die Wirtin? schon da und fragte mich, ob ich noch mehr möchte : Toll so ein Service ! "Wir waren an einem Freitagabend mit einer Gruppe von zehn Personen in diesem Restaurant. Bereits die Begrüssung fiel sehr lustlos aus. Die meisten bestellten Fondue, das okay im Geschmack war, die Portion fiel ziemlich klein aus. Eine Freundin und ich bestellten Schweinekoteletts und waren ziemlich erstaunt über das, was wir auf unserem Teller vorfanden: Kotelett auf Spaghetti, keine Sauce, kein Gemüse und die Pasta war leider auch nicht al dente. Der Wein (nicht offen, sondern Flaschenwein) war beinahe ungeniessbar. So schnell werden wir wohl nicht mehr zurückkommen."

"We had dinner on a Monday night and the place was packed! Really nice casual atmosphere, friendly staff. I had the cocktail of the house which was fabulous, and the gyoza as starter were fresh and tasty. But the best was definitely the ramen! Must be amongst the best I ever had. Whenever in the neighbourhood I will definitely be coming back- highly recommended"

"le 28.01.2020 , moi et mon copin, on a pris la decision de manger quelquechose en ville de Fribourg aprés une visite a la catedral.Le restaurant Five ce situe a 3 min a pié de la gare.Au tout debut, on a mangé une petit salade avec la sauce francaise laquelle etait juste parfaite!Apres la Salade, mon copin a demandé un Burger au fois gras et moi du poulpe.Dans le restaurant, il avais 2 serveurs, 1 jeune homme (je pense etre le responsable) et une jeunne fille, les 2 trés aimable et trés sourriant.aprés env. 10 min, les plats était prêt et ils était juste magnifique! Moi, que suis pas trop fan de burgers, je me suis promis a moi meme de repasser un jour afin de manger un de ces burger au fois gras comme mon copin a eu!Le pulpe était aussi trés bon avec des legumes frais!On a commandé encore 2 caffés et le prix a était correct.super equipe et super bien placé, je reviendrais surement"

"Their pizze used to be really good until maybe mid last year or so, then something happened, not sure what maybe they changed the pizzaiolo or something, and thus it just started getting worse and worse. Pizza dough gets totally overcooked to the point of being burnt at times, toppings do not get cut properly and are just dumped in a pile and also their pizze have become way too greasy, so recently ordering from Dieci has turned out to be quite an unpleasant experience all in all."

"this was our first time back in le perolles in its new position (in the beautiful petit perolles over several paintings). we went to lunch and had a very tasty and beautifully presented menu du marché. the atmosphere and the ambience...was great, the staff was very professional, but at the same time very friendly and welcoming. we loved the look of the tasting menu and look forward to try the return again!"

"With my 85 year old dad and his rolator... Saturday 12/18/21 around 6:30 p.m. until around 9:00 p.m. Heartwarming welcome. The waitress very nice. Plenty of room between tables. Unlimited Chinese fondue, 28fr per person. Sauces, nice salad. The wine, Amarone excellent. Meat, beef and poultry tender as butter. The fries have never tasted so light and crispy. We really had a good time. To leave they even made us go out through a side door, because there were 2 steps and with the rolator it was more difficult at the start than at the finish. "

"Got the Big Tasty as well I wanted to try something that wasn't available in the USA. It was okay. Very dry and big, with not enough juicyness to really make it worth it. I wish there was more to it. The location is nice, stuck between artisan cafes and restaurants it really drives home the fact no one wants to come here most of the time. It's not any cheaper either. Close to <15ch. Wouldn't recommend."

"After long years of absence, we decided to give "Le Beausite a try, as the owner and Chef have changed.We were greeted very kindly and seated at a lounge like area, near our dining table, to relax and enjoy our Cocktails. Very classy. The interior is very pleasant, nice decorations outline the ceiling from which descend two big chandeliers and there are some beautiful green plants on the floor.As venison 's season opened at the end of September, we ordered the Selle de Chevreuil (Roe deer Saddle) looking forward for a delicious meal.The order came with perfect timing. The Selle looked delicious and indeed it was cooked to perfection, medium/rare as venison should be. The portions weren 't excessive, just right.A special thank you to the Bartender who offered to change the wine I ordered that was not to our liking, for another wine. At no charge. That denotes a real will to please the customer and make him feel at home.But the praises stop here.The venison was plainly served with Spaetzli, a couple of mushrooms and one chestnut over a bed of Celery root Mousseline. The Mousseline would be a wonderful accompaniment to a Roast Pork dish or grilled sausage, but it has too strong a taste opposed to the delicate one of the Saddle. It did overpower it.Furthermore, the traditional side dishes, i.e. red cabbage, Botzi pear, typical of the region, or caramelized pear, Brussel sprouts and some grapes or fig were all forgotten.Big deception.In conclusion, as we found the food price/quality ratio quite unfavourable, we will not pay a second visit to the Beausite. The service is top grade, but the main reason to go to a Restaurant is the food. And the food was a deception. Sorry."

"My wife, my daughter and I were on holiday in Switzerland, and were brought here by our friend Scilla, who is a regular. Despite the fact that our daughter was having a grade 1 meltdown when we came in, we had a really good experience here. The staff were really nice, and seemed to appreciate my appalling attempts at communicating in French (you know, as opposed to shoutng "laaaaager!" very loudly 6 times in English).I had the pepper sauce burger, Becca had a sandwich and Scilla a salad. The food was top quality and came quite quickly, the portion size was also very generous. The place has a nice feel, and is clearly very popular with the students at the nearby Fribourg Uni.All in all I would say it was really good, and I would highly recommend Le Mondial to anyone.To be honest its very hard to rate cost, as the way the Swiss Franc exchanges with the £ makes everything seem expensive, but from a Swiss point of view, I'd say excellent value!!"

"un samedi matin idéal c'est.... faire les courses aux marché de l'hôtel de ville, puis manger un morceau au café des arcades. Là on certain trouveront ça vieillot, je répondrai : authentique. Le service est jeune, les salades sont délicieuses, la terrasse, malgré le parking à côté, très agréable. Après, il est sûr qu'il vaut mieux manger sur la terrasse qu'à l'intérieur, car c'est un petit peu serré, il faut l'avouer. La carte s'est bien modernisée récemment, n'hésitez pas à en profiter pendant l'été !"

"Nous étions une 1ère fois à Vapiano à Fribourg à cause des bons de rabais pendant l'été.Il y avait quelques couacs:1. Les desserts à la fraises et à la chantilly avaient tournés 2. La pastèque dans la salade n'était pas fraîche3. Au moment de payer j'ai protesté par rapport au desserts. On ne m'a pas fait payer les 2 desserts aux fraises... bien. Mais quand j'ai voulu faire valoir les bons de rabais on m'a dit qu'il n'y en a aucun de valable. Faux! Il y avait 2 salades donc une gratuite et 2 desserts Coco Cota avec 2 cafés donc 2 cafés gratuits.... pas bien.Le service était gentil, mais il nous reste le goût amer du dessert tourné, des débuts de maux de ventre et surtout une frustration de nos discussions avec le caissier qui ne pouvait rien faire ..."

"Wie haben unseren Besuch im Sushi Kai genossen. Die Sitzmöglichkeit im Restaurant ist etwas beschränkt, da es sehr klein ist. Wir haben ein Sushimenu bestellt. Leider wurden die Fischeier-Sushis (Ikura) ohne Vorinformation durch Crevetten-Nigiris ersetzt. Das war entwas enttäuschend. Nachdem wir nachgefragt haben, wurden die Crevetten-Nigiri wieder zurückgenommen und durch Ikuras ersetzt. Ich vermute, dass die Nigiri wieder verkauft werden...Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt überein."

"The place is very nice with outdoor spaces to enjoy the meal when it is hot. The service was quick, efficient, but not particularly friendly. One of the best pizzas in Fribourg, the dough is excellent and the toppings are good. The only downside: the cheese on the vegan pizzas leaves something to be desired, it had an aftertaste of vomit (sorry for the expression, but that was the feeling felt). As an example of very good vegan pizzas, a source of inspiration for yours perhaps, at VITO (Basel/Zürich). In any case, I highly recommend basic pizzas, my friend's mozzarella was yummy."

"We were curious to know how the restaurant was, since the menu seemed authentic enough on the internet. everything started off well, waiter was friendly and the drinks came quickly. at this point only a few people were there, we came at 7pm. after more people came and the service got chaotic. people next to us who came a bit before 8pm, had to wait like 40min for their food and before that maybe 20min to order. it was a huge struggle to get the waiter to order another drink. the food was ok, portions are small for how much you pay (ii had prawns), naan bread was delicious though! they made mistake with my dessert but i didn't bother saying anything.. but we did complain when they tried to accidentally bill our neughbour's chf45 bottle of wine in the end. i don't know if we'd go back.. i mean parts of the food was really tasty but the price is quite high. if you go, i recommend going early!"
