"Having recently moved to the delightfully quaint town of Bromyard I have discovered a real gem of an eatery. This unpretentious coffee house would put many high-end London coffee houses to shame. Under the professional and friendly stewardship of Hanna, the service, coffees and food (ranging from delicious cakes, pastries and tasty hot delights) is first class and faultless. Personally I am a stickler for a Flat White and I have to say that The Snugg delivers the perfect Flat White first time every time. The genuine timber framed interior just exudes a sublime atmosphere which complements the food and beverages. If you want to escape the traumas of the day and take time out to relax and unwind this is the place for you. I cannot recommend this coffee shop more highly."

"What a fantastic evening our international guests had last Saturday, they thoroughly enjoyed the autumn menu and were surprised and delighted at the standard of food and the whole concept of field to fork dining. "This café is excellent, with top-notch service and delicious food. It was cozy and inviting when we visited during the cold weather, and despite its popularity, we were fortunate to snag a seat. It seems to be a favorite among older patrons. The prices were reasonable as well. I highly recommend it. I returned in March for breakfast and had another fantastic experience. The avocado and poached eggs on toast were absolutely delicious!"

"I and my fiancée visited ask tonight to celebrate our 5 years jubilee after we shared our first date here, we thought it would be nice to think new as we were the first time for a few years. the service we received was the second on none, we were greeted with smiles and excellent hospitality. the eating was nice (additions to the chefs! we would ask hereford get to everyone and will definitely visit regularly! we would like to thank you especially for chloe and simon (and the rest of the staff that made our evening special. this is an evening that we will appreciate for many years. wish you all a merry christmas x x"

"Cracking Sunday Lunch and Gluten Free too! . We arrived at the Moon Inn to complete the Dragon Trail which is much more substantial than I expected . After a great walk, we were all hunger 4 adults, a baby and a dog . After initially entering the pub and asking if there was a spare table, we got shown to the terrace around the back. It was a nice covered over area offering protection from the wind. Apart from a few grumpy locals ? , we settled right in and were welcomed by our host for the meal. She offered immediate responses when I asked about Gluten Free that reassured me I could have all the gravy with the Sunday dinner, everything on my plate INCLUDING a Yorkshire pudding. It 's the first time in 2 years, I have come across this. We ordered some drinks, got the little one settled in a highchair and the dog a bowl of water and everyone was instantly more relaxed and amazed at the available food options. We even discussed the board labelled 'probably ' the best Sunday Lunch in Herefordshire. Safe to say when it arrived, it surpassed all expectations. Two gents had the ultimate with all the meat, one special and one gluten free turkey that came with a GF yorkshire pudding and gravy! The veg then came out separately and I even got my own separate Gluten Free cheesy leeks. We didn 't even know we needed cheesy leeks in our lives! Everyone was so impressed that even our full bellies tempted us for dessert. The portion sizes were commendable. The cheesecake described as fluffy like clouds, an incredible sticky toffee pudding, a lovely GF chocolate and black forest brownie and one banoffee pie later, we were full to the brim and ready for a nap. What started off as a slightly concerned visit that there wouldn 't be any Gluten free meals or tables available soon turned out to be an incredible meal that surpassed all expectations and made everyone 's day. Some great ciders and friendly service all added to the experience. A hidden gem that we just happened to stumble across thanks to the Moon!"

"We rang about 1 30pm on Sat to see if they would accept a late lunch party. No problem ...so we hot footed it up from Cradley. We arrived at 1 50 pm had agreed we were really pushing our luck might have to settle for a drink but not at all. A warm welcome. Lovely, engaging young staff who were up for a bit of banter. We had 2 dogs with us there was a warm welcome for them also. The food was excellent. It tasted really fresh. We had the chilli prawns followed by a malteser cheesecake. What struck me about this pub was the young team were all working together smiling. It was a pleasure to be in their presence."

"I visited with my man on Friday and we had the most amazing meal. siobhan extended an incredibly warm reception. I could not believe that they had my favorite wine, and also my favorite wine (beaujolais Gamay grape white rioja). excellent wine list with...big beeping and apple wine caught. the service was impeccable. I was even able to order a drink from the menu, and I asked to cool the wee, which did quickly. nothing was too much annoyed. eating is extraordinary. as pescatarians we had a good choice. I had the searace and nakedby the vegetarian wellington. both of us had such a good time, I took the children and mama two days later to Sunday dinner. I couldn't wait to come back. the wellington was even better than it looked and the whole family enjoyed their meal. the Brat-Rind dinners were fab, homemade yorkshire puddings and amazing desserts. the fish cake starter was delicious. even my year old loved it. the scallops were cooked to perfection. my mother tried for the first time goat cheese in her life and she really enjoyed it. everything was absolutely excellent and I will be back soon. If they have the opportunity, they have to eat here. they will not regret it."

"Great evening out! The food at Sitara was delicious! We are visiting family in Ledbury and chose Sitara for our evening meal. We ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb Pasanda, Chicken Curry with Cashews and Green Chillies, and Mushroom Bhaji. We all thought the food was outstanding but particularly enjoyed the flavorful Tikka Masala. The Mushroom Bhaji as a main course was new for us and very tasty. The restaurant has a nice ambience. Waiters are attentive and courteous. We intend to come back on our next visit from the USA!"

"A super yummy meal at Riceberry Thai Kitchen in Ross-on-Wye, and it was fantastic. I ordered the Spicy Basil with rice, and it was even better than I expected. The dish had a lot of flavor with just the right amount of spice. The ingredients were fresh, and the portion size was generous, so it was a very satisfying meal. The presentation looked nice, showing that they put effort into preparing the dish. The atmosphere at Riceberry Thai Kitchen was warm and inviting, which made it a nice place to enjoy real Thai food. The staff were friendly and gave great service, making the dining experience enjoyable overall. Riceberry Thai Kitchen serves delicious Thai food in a friendly atmosphere with great service. "Tonnes of choice on the menu. Ordered the seafood sharer platter which was easily enough for two. Great food and everything tasty. Fairly quiet for midweek lunches and glad it remains open. Heard an old lady nearby ask for a few chips, she was promptly told to either choose a portion or none at all obviously you could treat that as a request for a portion or suggest she might have some of the husbands if you were literally talking about 3 chips I thought there could be a bit more subtlety than that, but otherwise excellent service and food."

"The Maidenhead is definitely worth a visit. The new owners are warm and friendly and very welcoming. Went there with my elderly parents and we all had a sandwich. Price wise it's not cheap but personally I am more than happy to pay a bit...extra for an excellent lunch. The chips were divine, dad had the beef sandwich, mum and hubby had the sausage sandwich, sausages were local and very tasty, I had the ceaser salad which had a very generous portion of chicken. We ate outside in a gazebo and we all throughly enjoyed our lunch. So much so we will be going back next week to celebrate my dad's birthday. Thank you both so much, lunch was superb."

"I am genuinely shocked by the amount of favourable reviews for this dated and dirty excuse for a pub. Needs a throrough deep clean, especially the dog hair-matted carpet. The Sunday Lunch consists of three options, which is usually a good sign as it means the kitchen is able to concentrate on perfecting the dishes. Not the case here. The Roast beef was not just well-done, it was more like a congratulations, being so overdone. The Roast Potatoes seemed a few days old and had been reheated; spongy, chewy and tasteless. The whole plate was inedible and those also on the table were unable to finish. A Salmon Ceaser was on offer, which again too was not good. The Salmon used was frozen salmon, and this too was inedible. Granted we had a large table but the service was slow and ponderous, and although they dealt with our complaints about the food admirably, not once were we approached whilst eating to see if everything was ok or if we'd like another drink. All in all a huge dissapointed. Visit at your peril."

"When we arrived on Weobley on the Friday night we went here for a takeaway. I have a dairy and wheat allergy and they went through what I could choose and changed one dish to suit. As we had our dog with us we had to go for a walk while we waited and it was about 30 Minutes which is fine. The meal was one of the best Indian meals we have had, there is plenty of choice on the menu, many original dishes I have not seen before. We returned there on the Wednesday and we went through my choices carefully. Again it was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Unfortunately there must of been some dairy in it and I was rather ill all night and next day. Please don’t let this put you off as the staff are lovely but if you do have any allergies make this very clear when ordering."

"Are you joking? Are you JOKING!!! This was the worst Indian I have ever had. Everything was bland, the chicken was dry, the butter chicken had coconut in? And was like a bitty soup with barely any chicken in. Everything was unseasoned, chips were soggy and unsalted. The best part was probably the salad and the popadoms. Apart from this, the man who delivered out food was lovely. However, I would rather be repeated punched in the face than eat this food ever again. If you are looking for authentic Indian food then don’t go here, a ready meal is probably better than this sorry to say, but I don’t know how on earth so many people enjoy this? "Entering the stablishment was fine got told to sit anywhere.. after sitting for over 20 minutes in an empty restaurant, I personally had to approach the staff member to come and take my order… drinks came swiftly food not far afterwards.. the quality of food burger was just below average…. Ordered the bbq wings which are battered!. The battered wings where not fully cooked/ barely cooked then lathered (bbq sauce) and served waited awhile as we didn’t get any cutlery or napkins seeing as it was a burger… personally has to go and receive a hand fully of napkin’s from I’m assuming another member of staff…not once did anyone come and check until I acknowledged of other work suttlely that no body had one and ask how the meal went.. gave the server the food and she had left one culprit wings behind… the view to the kitchen was clear leaving the door open.. I seen sous chef and other chef brush off the stituation!. So I carried over the remaining wing still tact For them to examine… Borge the sous chef also supporting chef both of thier mouths dropped and walked away with their heads face sing down… I was greeted with either a manager/assistant or supervisor she didn’t announce who she was.. I got told the wings have been compt what more do you want…. I wish I expressed a perfectly cooked patty.. abhtger byn to fit the over cooked patty… oh yeah not to be served raw batter for the bqq wings!. "My wife and I have been ordering takeaway food from this restaurant for many years. We had such high regard for the quality of the food and service. Sadly this has deteriorated due to lengthy waits, missing items, and inconsistent quality. Our last order was the straw that broke the camels back. "First and last meal we had at the Hostelrie. The food was subpar and absolutely not worth the price, meat was extremely fatty and the rest of the food was bland. The worst thing about the Hostelrie is the staff. I’ve never come across such rude and passive aggressive people. The manager, who I assume to be Katherine- the very passive aggressive woman responding to these honest reviews requires some lessons in decorum and basic manners. She is a very unpleasant and unprofessional woman. They served a tiny vegetable ‘platter’ for 4 people, therefore we politely requested another, the waitress responded ‘yes’ and walked away. We received the platter once we had finished the edible parts of our food so we no longer needed it. The waitresses and manager outright lied and claimed we were told there would be a wait on the vegetables and rudely stated we had to pay for it. Believe these reviews and give your money to restaurants that deserve it. There was also only one other table occupied at 3pm on a Sunday before Christmas- says it all really…"
