"Me and my friend wanted to share an udon and our parents were going to have dinner elsewhere as this was just a snack, my mom ordered 2 piece sushi and the waitress asked the other parent if he wanted anything and he said no, she said he had to order something if he was going to take up a seat and we were practically the only ones there. We explained our situation but she said we could not order 2 things and take up 4 seats. It was not right . Me and my friend were having a craving and we were very disappointed with the service and hospitality of the place. We left and went to a better, much nicer and hospitable restaurant. -from a very dissatisfied and disappointed customer that just wanted some udon!"

"Second Swiss meal under a Singapore tour package. Went to check the reviews right before entering it and so I was slightly apprehensive. We were served a huge salad bowl as appetiser. It was basic, not much else to say. Too much dressing. Then came the cheese fondue and bread. I have to admit I didn’t read up on Swiss fondue beforehand, so I was surprised that we are meant to dip bread into cheese. The cheese was real salty which made it a weird pairing with bread. Either way I only had a nibble… I might have liked it more if the bread wasn’t cold and soft After that came fondue chinoise, where we stuck pieces of raw meat into hot oil to cook. I was thinking why they couldn’t directly serve us cooked meat, until I googled and found that this vs is how the Swiss traditionally have “hotpot” Respectfully, I’d much prefer Chinese style hotpot because it only takes 10-20s to cook a piece of meat, but in this fondue it took 3-5min per piece Notwithstanding method of cooking, the meats were pretty good and I liked to dip them in belacan sauce. Rice and fries served were decent too. Dessert was chocolate fondue with fruit. The fondue was thin and dripping… it wasn’t enjoyable given the fruits were still cold inside. I was expecting a thicker consistency like chocolate fountains in SG The boss entertained us throughout our meal. I’m at the furthest end of the spectrum from his ideal audience, but at least I can say A for effort esp to a lukewarm SG group. Really gimmicky tho (or maybe I’m just a boring customer who prefers a peaceful, no-frills meal "

"I assume it is the same restaurant, although the reviews are older. the ship was tied to the back of the railway station east, and only by chance we took our attention. so 3 ex-yacht kitchens had lunch there and really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. it is a fantastic idea to use the ship in winter. I can only highly recommend looking for this restaurant ship in the communicative winter, you should offer this service again) and the idee support, enjoy eating and great service. we had never had a bad meal during the Swiss, but this place can reach any upscale restaurant the water'. "We were there yesterday for lunch & so glad we satisfied our hungry Indian palates with such delicious food. The service provided by 'Sanjana' was great, the food was delicious & authentic & the portions were large. The ambience of the place could be better, what with those curtains & the plastic tablecloths. Other than that, the restaurant is great & I would heartily recommend it. The yoghurt 'Raita ' with the biryani could do better. It was too watery & the portion could be larger. The mango lassi was really refreshing & tasty. Overall, the food was tasty.Eat here if you want good Indian food. It is on the expensive side, (Not cheap by any means.) but then you are in Switzerland, where nothing is cheap!"

"Wir haben in kleinem Rahmen einen Geburtstag gefeiert. Die Bedienung war sehr nett. Die Aussicht in dieser Höhe ist einmalig, sofern man einen schönen Tag gewählt hat. Und was auch sehr unterhaltsam war: wir hatten viele Tandem-Flieger, die ganz nahe am Gebäude durchflogen und reinwinkten. Ein besonderes Erlebnis. Ich hatte Schweinsfiletmedaillon im Eisenpfännchen mit Morchelrahmsauce zu 35.-. Preis-/Leistung eher höher. Die Morchelrahmsauce hat mir besonders gut geschmeckt."

"Während unseres Familienbesuchs in Interlaken suchten wir nach einem authentischen indischen Restaurant. Glücklicherweise haben wir dieses Restaurant gefunden, das seinem Namen alle Ehre macht. Wir hatten Chicken and Lamb biriyanis, die im typisch indischen Stil (Hyderabadi) zubereitet wurden und mit dem richtigen Anteil an Gewürzen, Aroma und Geschmack hervorragend waren. Ich habe bis jetzt noch kein typisches indisches Lamm Biryani in Europa gehabt. Das Fleisch war gut zubereitet und in kleine Stücke überführt, die sich gut mit dem Biryani vermischten, was einen guten Geschmack und Geschmack ergab. Gleiches gilt für die Chicken Biryani, die wir dort hatten. Obwohl wir eine Weile auf das Essen gewartet haben, war es das wert und half uns zu verstehen, dass das Essen neu zubereitet wurde und heiß, frisch und von ausgezeichneter Qualität serviert wurde. Die Gastfreundschaft des Personals im Restaurant ist großartig. Sie waren sehr freundlich und haben das Essen auch auf unsere individuellen Bedürfnisse und Gaumen abgestimmt. Wir hatten auch die Gelegenheit, den Küchenchef Abhishek zu treffen, der selbst an unseren Tisch kam und uns nach unseren individuellen Bedürfnissen und auch nach dem Feedback nach dem Essen fragte. Er ist derjenige, der das leckere Essen im Restaurant zubereitet, und er ist ein Meister der Zubereitung authentischer indischer Gerichte, würden wir sagen. Wir konnten auch die Besitzer des Restaurants treffen, die interessante Informationen über das Restaurant und die schönen Erfahrungen der Besucher austauschten. Es war eine wundervolle Erfahrung für unsere Familie, dieses Restaurant mit wunderschönem Ambiente und Lage, nettem, freundlichem Personal und hochwertigem, leckerem, typisch südindischem Essen zu besuchen und zu speisen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Restaurant kommen, haben eine Chance gegeben und würden es auch unseren Freunden empfehlen"

"eating here is the worst thing I've ever tried. I wish I had read the reviews before my wife was convinced to go through the "Thai" sign in the window. it is in fact a Chinese restaurant that uses very low quality and tasteless ingredients and reheats them in a microwave. especially, when I told the waitress that eating was very low, she obviously would not have looked after less. a total amount. avoid them at all costs. eat them in the nearby youth hostel or buy some cookies in the supermarket coop. or find a piece of cardboard for her dinner. everything would be better than this place."

"Not what we thought or expected. Should have read the reviews more closely. My in-laws were visiting from the States to celebrate their 50th anniversary. Had never been to Europe before. Wanted a fun experience for them. This started out really rough but ended up ok.Bad...This place is really for groups. Individuals, what they call a la carte customers, have limited menu and seating options.Very expensive.Food so so. Granted the only fondue place I've ever been to is the Melting Pot. This place doesn't even come close.Good...Service once we got everything figured out. Kind waitress.Performance was so fun. Band/group found out it was my in-laws anniversary and invited them on stage for a dance.Overall we had a lot of fun. My in-laws will never forget it.Good portion sizes."

"The owner of Mr. Grill charged me over $100 for a simple order of chicken nuggets $9.50). I only noticed the error when I received an alert on my credit card. Once I got the alert I tried to talk to him about the incorrect charge. He refused to provide a receipt. He refused to discuss the matter with me which was clearly a situation of taking advantage of a college age customer. Sad..."

"Minestrone war das Beste, was ich je hatte es gab keine beschissene kleine Tube Pasta, die Sie normalerweise in den USA sehen keine Pasta. Ich hatte die Pasta mit Garnelen. Hätte mehr Garnelen gebrauchen können, aber die Sauce schmeckte nach Garnelen und das war großartig. DW hatte die Gnocchi und sie mochte sie wirklich (ich hätte es vorgezogen, wenn sie etwas fester wären). Das einzige Problem, das an eine Beschwerde grenzte und daher die 4 nicht 5 Sterne waren, war der Wein besonders gut, aber überteuert, und das erste Menü, das wir bekamen, hatte einen anderen Wein als der besondere und das war, was ich dachte, ich bestellte. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich definitiv die Minestrone kaufen und einen Wein von der Weinkarte bestellen nicht das besondere . In den USA bringe ich immer meinen eigenen Wein aus meinem Keller mit, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das hier legal ist."

"Perfect place for a dinner , We reached this place after a quick Online reservation ( after a terrible experience in nearby Taverna restaurant) . We reached much earlier than our reservation time. The staff was very courteous . The Food was quickly served especially the kids meal as kids were hungry. Our food was also amazing , A bit expensive but definately worth for the nice ambiance"

"Amazing fresh food, friendly service very affectionate owner Puran.. My husband and I ate dinner here during our trip to Interlaken and being avid travelers I must say that of all the Indian places I have eaten at outside India, this has to be the most freshly prepared meal. They customized the spice level and everything else to ensure we feel at home. The tandoori rotis are made from fresh organic local whole wheat and overall quality of food preparation is great. It’s spacious airy esp if you sit outdoors and the staff are all so happy and hospitable. We would definitely come back here on our next trip to Interlaken.. Thanks Rang mahal staff !"

"We had a 7:30 reservation and after being seated, we were promptly for 40 minute. Even after asking multiple employees for water, we were continually brushed off and it didn’t appear the man we finally gave our order to put it in for us. The meal ended up taking 2.5 hours in total, most of which was spent with no one waiting on us. Sorely disappointed in the service and lack of accountability from the staff in recognizing how poorly we were treated. The food was good, but not worth the poor service."

"As locals here, we are trying out the local cuisine! It was a breath of fresh air to find a little sandwich shop that had filling sandwiches prepared just exactly how you want it, hot or cold, with all the fixings! Friendly service with a smile in an inviting atmosphere! Not only that, the price of the sandwiches were at an amazing price for the size sandwich you get!! It's really annoying going around when you want something light like a pizza or sandwich and you pay 20 chf!!! Here at the Sandwichbar, we paid 20chf for the three of us!!!!! "We were returning from the Jungfraujoch and decided to stop at Cafe Runft because it was on the way to our hotel, and when we had looked at the menu the day before, seemed to have a good selection. Although we arrived just before 5:30, earlier than their usual dinner crowd, they were happy to serve us (unlike some places where the kitchen was closed until later).My husband and son ordered the rosti which was a large portion of hash browns, two eggs, and several slices of bacon. Even our teenager who had only snacked since breakfast was full after his meal. I had the asparagus and potatoes in a hollandaise sauce with "fried" (I would call roasted) chicken, which was excellent and almost more than I could eat (I had help with the potatoes). The hollandaise sauce was one of the best I've ever had, light with a rich flavor, but not overbearing, and the asparagus was tender but firm. The chicken was delicious, well-seasoned, and did not take away from the rest of the plate.As for prices, we would have easily spent as much for dinner in Atlanta, and not had as much food, and perhaps (depending on the restaurant) as flavorful and enjoyable a meal. The service was friendly and prompt; perhaps it helped that it was early and there were only a few tables of diners, but we had absolutely no complaints."
