The noodles are not really the kind of Japanese style that I expect, but tastes ok. The pork dim sum is very salty. Everything is average, not bad, not amazing either. The only Japanese restaurant in the city, I mean, you can't complain more.

Ich machte schnell mit meiner Familie einen Abstecher in Interlaken. Wir waren erfreut ein solch gutes Sushi Restaurant anzutreffen. Moderne, stylische Einrichtung, sauber und gepflegt. Gute Qualität und interessante Sushi Kreationen. Immer gerne wieder.

Very cozy restaurant with great sushi and ramen. The staff is friendly and courteous. The sushi was very tasty and the ramen soup was also great. For dessert, mochi and yuzu sorbet, very tasty. The homemade iced tea was also very tasty and the Sarine Pale Ale was top. I think price/performance is ok. I'd love to come back when I'm nearby. View menu

Für mich das beste Sushi in der ganzen Gegend. Als grosser Sushi Freund habe ich schon verschiedene Lokalitäten ausprobiert und bin mir bewusst, dass es günstigere Alternativen gibt. Die Qualität des verarbeiteten Fisches und die Sorgfalt und Liebe, die in jede einzelne Rolle gesteckt wird rechtfertigen den Preis für mich. Das Simply Sushi ist auch geignet für Leute die nicht Sushi esse. Ich bin kein Sushi Esser und bin jedesmal sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Man kann alle seine Wünsche am Personal äussern. Somit habe ich eine Sushi Rolle ohne Fisch bekommen :). TOP! Die Udon und Ramen sind immer sehr frisch zubereitet. Am Mittag hat man immer 3 Menue zur Auswahl, wo für jeder etwas dabei ist. Das Ambiente im Simply Sushi ist sehr angenehm, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Ich empfehle es jedem, auch Leuten die nicht gerne Sushi essen.

Me and my friend wanted to share an udon and our parents were going to have dinner elsewhere as this was just a snack, my mom ordered 2 piece sushi and the waitress asked the other parent if he wanted anything and he said no, she said he had to order something if he was going to take up a seat and we were practically the only ones there. We explained our situation but she said we could not order 2 things and take up 4 seats. It was not right . Me and my friend were having a craving and we were very disappointed with the service and hospitality of the place.
