"I've been to this restaurant twice in the past few weeks, and overall, my experience has been positive, except for one instance when we waited an hour for our food despite there being only one other occupied table. The food has consistently been served hot and well-prepared. The waitress was wonderful—friendly and attentive. The bar staff and manager seemed agreeable and handled our request to change a child's food order without any problems. However, I did feel a bit like we were bothering her when we approached the bar and found her either outside smoking or on her phone. The children were disappointed because Wacky had closed early; they had paid to enter but found it shut when we returned to eat after just 10 minutes. Overall, it wasn't a bad visit, and I would definitely consider returning."
