"We were more by chance here at the Italiani. Wanted to go after the tennis day still delicious food. We had a relaxed evening with very delicious fish. For the first hunger there was pizza bread and very delicious olives. Operation very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. However, we were there at 19:30. An hour later, it was very crowded. With us also the temporal sequence of start-up and main feed was matched. So from me full 5 stars."

"Das Essen war einfach grandios, hervorragende Maultaschen, sehr schöner Kartoffelsalat, Spitzen Zwiebelrostbraten und hervorragende Gänseleberpastete, außerdem netter Service! Dazu eine tolle Wein und Digestifauswahl, die perfekt temperiert serviert wird. Einzige kleine Wermutstropfen: Man sitzt ein wenig beengt, es ist laut, die Parkplätze sind begrenzt und der einzige echte Minuspunkt, es ist vergleichsweise teuer. Vorspeisen 16 24 EUR, Hauptgerichte 28 35 EUR. Das ist bei der Qualität aber auch gerade noch so in Ordnung. Wein ebenfalls recht teuer: Glasweise 0,1 l für 5 6 EUR, 0,2 l für 9,50 bis 11 EUR. Flaschenweine 30 120 EUR. Nach oben ist das gut, in vielen Restaurants wird es da deutlich teurer , nach unten würde man sich noch ein, zwei Weine als Einstieg um die 20 bis 25 € oder einen Hauswein für 4/7 EUR pro Glas wünschen. Trotzdem: Schöne Weinkarte! Empfehlung!"

"Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr gelungen, das Essen ist ok, aber in der Sushi-Bar bei REWE bekommt man besseres Sushi zu günstigeren Preisen, daher gebe ich nur 2 Sterne für das Essen. Was aber wirklich schlecht war, war der Service. Wir wurden gefragt, ob wir All-you-can-eat oder a la carte wollen, so weit so gut, wir wollten a la carte essen, prompt bekommen wir das All-you-can-eat Menü. Ok, falsch verstanden, dachten wir, fragten noch mal nach und bekamen dann tatsächlich die andere Speisekarte mit ein paar Empfehlungen für den kleinen Appetit. Bei der Bestellung wählten wir dann ein paar Sachen aus und auf die Frage, ob das alles sei, sagten wir, wir würden damit anfangen und später mehr bestellen, wenn nötig. Dann wurde uns in einer eher unfreundlichen Art und Weise gesagt, dass wir alles auf einmal bestellen sollten, weil wir als a la carte-Kunden schon genug stören würden... Ich wollte aufstehen und gehen, aber da wir hungrig waren, blieben wir. Nachdem das Essen gebracht wurde, wurden wir weitgehend ignoriert, so dass ich irgendwann zur Theke ging, um zu bezahlen, woraufhin mir unhöflich gesagt wurde, ich könne warten... Nein danke, diese Art von Service brauche ich wirklich nicht. Wenn A-la-carte-Kunden nicht erwünscht sind, dann bitte einfach nicht anbieten, statt sowas."

"Near the tennis courts and the Max Planck Institute. Scientists, processors, Americans from the patch barracks are regularly watching during lunchtime. Spacious, tiled interior with rustic tiles and covered outdoor terrace (but sometimes the heat is amazed). I can highly recommend the very juicy pizza and also the lush salad with tuna. Very cheap lunch with a selected pizza and a pasta dishes. The weekly card can be faxed on request. If you want to come with a larger group, a table reservation is recommended."

"Heute die neue Eisdiele Claus in der Tübinger Straße ausprobiert. Die Schlange war entsprechend des guten Wetters ziemlich lang, aber es ging in angemessenem Tempo voran.Das selbstgemachte Eis kostet 1.50 Euro für eine normal große Kugel. Sie bieten eine beschränkte Auswahl an Sorten an, wobei man die Standards vergeblich sucht. Dafür findet man Sorten wie Salted Caramel, Vanilla Brownie, Vanilla Himbeere, Passionsfrucht, Erdbeere mit Minze, Peanut Knusperflakes, Buttermilch Mango, Basilikum Zitrone. Die vier letzteren haben wir probiert. Das Eis war lecker aber nicht mein Favorit in Stuttgart. Die Minze kam kaum zur Geltung und auch das Buttermilcheis lieferte kein besonderes Geschmackserlebnis. Zitrone war schön erfrischend und nicht so sauer, das Erdnusseis mild aber lecker.Die meisten Fruchtsorten und das Schokoeis sind vegan.Die Eiswaffeln waren ordentlich. Wenn ich in der Gegend bin würde ich hier durchaus noch eine andere Sorte probieren."

"Dass man herzlich willkommen ist, trifft hier in höchstem Grade zu und ist nicht nur eine Werbeaussage! Die Küche ist unübertrefflich gut, kein Gemüse so trefflich delikat zubereitet wie hier und erst recht der Fisch, keine Sekunde zu kurz oder zu lang auf dem Grill einfach meisterhaft! Molto grazie signore Salvo und Deinem Team/Familie, Ihr macht wirklich, dass es einem ein paar Stunden richtig gut geht und man sich noch lange gerne erinnert! Der Wein und die Desserts runden den besten Eindruck vollends ab. Immer gerne wieder! A la proxima!"

"It is always nice to do what the locals do. And while in Germany, we walked over to this small but superb restaurant where you can speak Italian if your German is a little rusty. Authentic home made pasta and pizza are as close to...heaven as you get after a long day of visiting the sites. Nice short wine list to accompany perfectly cooked fish or anything else you find on the menu. The price with wine was quite reasonable. The atmosphere was like dropping in on long lost cousins. Familial while not familiar. Walking distance to the S or U."

"The place is quite nice from the interior decorating standpoint, certainly not "posh", but full of knick-knacks and interesting decoration (like the arms "coming out of the wall", holding a lamp). They have several types of beer on tap. We had a company dinner there,...with some Pizza to start things off and then a main course. I had the "Letzte Instanz" Rump Steak, which came cooked to perfection (rare). The meat was exceptional, a quality you rarely get in Germany. The waiter was happy to replace the fries with spinach as well. Pricing was more than ok, I would recommend this place to anyone not expecting a very formal environment. The only negative thing about the restaurant is the men's room, which is completely run down, is quite smelly and has a grimy atmosphere about it."

"We celebrated our wedding here and it was wonderful! The location is simply wonderful, the Neckar, the vineyards, the beautiful Riverhouse and the Riverbeach give you the right holiday mood. The team supported us in the planning, responded to our wishes and made everything we wanted possible. All in all we would definitely have our wedding here again! But there is one thing to note: we would have liked a little more commitment on the part of the team. On the wedding day, as previously agreed, we were at the location at 9 a.m to decorate etc,. unfortunately the renovation workers from the Riverhouse weren't there yet. So we waited three quarters of an hour until we could really start, which would have done us good at the back. The prices are reasonable for weddings I think. What bothers me about the wedding folder is that the prices are listed exclusive of taxes. This is a bit misleading in my opinion. The guests gave us a lot of positive feedback about the location at the wedding and the party was really how we imagined it! Thank you Riverhouse for a great day! We would definitely recommend the Riverhouse and Riverbeach for weddings! Original Wir haben hier unsere Hochzeit gefeiert und es war wundervoll! Die Location ist einfach herrlich, der Neckar, die Weinberge, das schöne Riverhouse und der Riverbeach verleihen richtige Urlaubsstimmung. Das Team hat uns in der Planung unterstützt, ist auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen und hat alles möglich gemacht was wir wollten. Alles in allem würden wir unsere Hochzeit auf jeden Fall wieder hier feiern! Eine Sache gibt aber es anzumerken: wir hätten uns gerne etwas mehr Verbindlichkeit von seiten des Teams gewünscht. Wir waren am Hochzeitstag wie vorher abgesprochen um 09 Uhr in der Location zum Dekorieren etc,. leider die Umbauhelfer vom Riverhouse noch nicht. So haben wir eine dreiviertelstunde gewartet bis wir so richtig anfangen konnten, die hätte uns hinten raus gut getan. Die Preise sind für Hochzeiten angemessen denke ich. Was mich an der Hochzeitsmappe stört ist, dass die Preise ohne Steuern aufgelistet sind. Das ist meiner Meinung nach etwas irreführend. Die Gäste haben uns an der Hochzeit sehr viel positives Feedback zur Location gegeben und das Fest war wirklich wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben! Vielen Dank an das Riverhouse für den tollen Tag! Wir würden das Riverhouse und den Riverbeach für Hochzeiten auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!"

"a nice and cozy place with super friendly staff! pinsa manufaktur offers many vegan options, also with vegan mozzarella, acidic cream and bolognese soße. many of the veggie topped pinsas are vegan or can also be made vegan, just ask them! we enjoyed four different variations that were all delicious. they were all between 9 11 €, not big, but not too small either and very good quality. they also offer sweet versions of their pinsa dough with zimt, bananen etc. will definitely come back and check all other vegan versions: updated by the previous review on 2019 12 05"

"sehr lecker pho mit rindfleisch und der reissalat mit hähnchen stand der pho kulinarisch in nichts nach. preise sind für die viernamesische küche etwas höher als sonst. dafür entschädigt die qualität. ich komme sicher wieder. danke. very tasty pho with beef and the rice salad with chicken was in no way inferior to the pho in culinary terms. prices are a bit higher than usual for the fournamese cuisine. the quality makes up for it. I'll be back for sure. thanks."

"Very recommended. Although we had done something and ca. 40 minutes late, we were very friendly and cordially received from the staff. The Cavallino, originally unmistakable from the outside, is very cozy and family-style, invites you to stay together. The food is really delicious and freshly prepared and leaves no wish to the Italian cuisine open. Fresh homemade noodles, delicious pizza and fresh meat and fish dishes delight the palate of every guest. Of course, you should take some time when ordering several courses menu,it is very hard that staff really eat all at once. Of us 5 stars and we'll probably come back even if we're almost 90 kilometers apart."

"Beim Betreten des Restaurants hat man eher den Eindruck in eine kleine schwäbische Weinstube zu kommen, als in ein thailändisches Restaurant. Die Speisekarte ist recht umfangreich, sodaß für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden ist. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich und berät gerne über die verschiedenen Variationen von Schärfe der einzelnen Gerichte - der Gast kann die für ihn geeignete Schärfe wählen. Geschmacklich sind die diversen Speisen gut abgestimmt und schmecken sehr gut. Die hier gebotene Thaiküche sticht im Vergleich zu den anderen Thai-Restaurants deutlich hervor. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist ebenfalls angemessen, sodaß man dieses Restaurant absolut empfehlen kann. Was allerdings ein klein wenig nervt, ist die Schwierigkeit abends in diesem Stadtteil Stuttgart-West einen Parkplatz zu finden (dafür kann das Restaurant natürlich nicht!)."

"Worst waiter ever, this Italian girl deserves a medal! We pre-ordered a table for all of us 30 people, for dinner we ordered biff steak, potatoes and salad. We agreed that with the owner. When we came there they didn´t have a big enough table...so 5 of us had to sit at another table but this waitor was very angry at us that we were not sitting together as she had to serve two tabels now! When we got part of the food, the steaks were Medium rare and some of the people wanted well done, she than was very angry again because we didn´t specify it before hand. But she never asked! And half of the steaks were not even done so she could simply tell the cook to do the rest of the steaks well done. After the food we wanted to drink cognac, so I went to the bar and ask the bar tender there which Cognacs they have. She quickly ran to me and told me to sit down as i´m not allowed to be at the bar! : So i sat down and waited for her, she than come to us with a bottle of Courvoisier which had about 30 ml liter left in it and that´s all the Cognac they had and it was clearly not enough for all of us. As we noticed that the hotel bar had few bottles we asked if we can buy it there and you can imagine what answer we got! NO NO NO that´s not possible! So there you go! If you want to a friendly staff visit another hotel as this one sucks!!!!!"
