"I was looking for a fast coffee and tee, baked, but try to avoid the standard places. about this place mute. a walk saw a great bar and a great place to eat dinner etc. but they would make a good coffee. young had mistaken me. no good coffee, an amazing coffee. it is clear to read the menu that specializes in coffee. explain in detail the coffees with different processor coffee make. I went for tge drip method Colombian. it was really excellent and 3 small but good tassen out. cakes look amazing, but great was all cakes, cookies, baked etc. were under glass domes, so no chance to go, stale his brot on etc. if these youngs are so good with coffee and cake, then I think their meals and cocktails will also be excellent. great work, just pretending we weren't to eat."

"Was in Warwick for the day and found this place on Trip Adviser (My cousin had reviewed it and he likes great food I wasn’t disappointed! . Think of this like an Italian Ivy sumptuous and great food. The fish menu caught my eye so did the steaks (but I’d had one yesterday and the sea bass cooked in a salt crust delighted that it was served at the table with the theatre of the crust being removed and filleted. We also had the olives and zucchini to start please don’t miss these they are amazing. All in all a great find."

"It must have been about six or seven years since I last visited this restaurant, which was absolutely appalling but goodness me has it improved. The food was absolutely excellent it was nearly as good as the original owners who were Hong Chinese and cooked as such. I really couldn’t fault this food. Admittedly we went at lunchtime so the service may have been better but the food and service were absolutely excellent. Each course (and we did have a few we all very good. Wine list was limited, but that was ok (cash flow maybe? It would be a travesty if this restaurant closed because it is by far the best Chinese restaurant in Leamington. Give it a try you really won’t regret it it’s well worth the money if you like and appreciate authentic Chinese food."

"The Abbey Field sits on the main road, on a Sunday evening it serves food to 9.30pm, which is not true for all pubs locally. Indoor and outdoor seating is available.. plenty so no need to book. Good menu with a special board. Good sized portions served quickly. Quality is high and is good enough for taking your parents, good friend or a date. Staff could not be any nicer, attentive but not annoying. Fair prices for the meal and drinks so £25 per person for two courses and drink. Look at the Greene king APP for deals and discounts. Park in the nearby car park or in a side street and walk a bit further. Good walks nearby, also the old Abbey Field and ruins."

"We called tonight to order a collection take away. It can be a little difficult due to my partner being gluten free. The gentleman on the phone was highly knowledgeable about gluten allergies and guided us through what we could have. The order was cooked to perfection and the best tasting Chinese food we have had since being gluten free. The gentleman also took the time to mark a whole menu up for us with highlighter and notes to allow us to choose in the future. Needless to say, we now have a new local Chinese and would recommend everyone visit and experience the food and amazing customer service. 11/10. Thank you so much."

"this was our 8th year visit, and the 6th. we ate here. we have visited on Friday, the early evening; a Sunday afternoon (two) and a weekday afternoon. tonight there was a nice mood, with a good mix of drinking and people who were eaten, and we loved the playlist! the menu is uncomplicated and offers a good choice that suits every taste. it's good, tasty pub-grub! tonight we shared a plate of nachos to begin, then we had fish and chips, and a burger that it's all gravy burger. both were delicious and filling, and also great worth. service was friendly and efficient with many smiles, we will be back soon!"

"We came for an evening meal,as we hadn’t been here for a long time. My husband had the mixed grill and I had the cheese and onion pie. Within 6 hours my husband vomited, had the sweats and diarrhoea. By the next day he was going to the toilet every hour, and was extremely poorly. He was admitted to hospital and put in a high risk infection ward. He was on a drip for 6 days. He had his poo sent to the microbiology department at UHCW. It came back positive for campylobacter-caused by food poisoning. He was extremely poorly. He is immune compromised already. It caused his heart to beat out of rhythm, needing further testing. It also affected the potassium in his kidneys and body needing ongoing tests. We have an official letter confirming the results and will be reporting to environmental health."

"I don’t have any complaints about the food except the cost: It was £18 for one person. I really like their sweet-and-sour chicken and noodles. For dessert, the cake and ice cream were very good. Apart from that, they had duck, and what looked like tandoori chicken, "

"Came here on my lunch you’d expect fast service because of people being on there lunch, that didn’t happen at all I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, service was terrible, couldn’t even work the till properly and had no manners at all no ‘please’ or ‘Thankyou for coming’ I pretty much had the bag thrown at me while he was in mid conversation with another employee and just carried on chatting, won’t be going back"

"very stylish place! we were drawn to dinate here after we saw their new menu on facebook! it was not disappointing, the chap that served us was very welcoming, friendly and professional! ... eating was amazing, I had the 3 small dishes for £15 and it was divine! (garlic king prawns, salt and pfeffer calamari and cheese kartoffeln! a full step from the Cheesy chips! I couldn't eat all kartoffels so that a Doggy bag allows to take home! for the first time in a long time I felt completely and completely happy in a local food! and there are still at least 4 more dishes on the menu that are a must! oh, and the merlot was very good! cannot wait to come back! ..."

"Service is rubbish but the food is excellent. We had our dinner and nobody came to take our empty plates. The atmosphere is 3 stars because toilets are located not upstairs or half a mile away from the tables. If you use an online application for ordering the food approximately waiting time is 20 mins however the app says 6 mins waiting time."

"I don't think Ciao Bella knows what it wants to be, Is it an italian, a carvery or a steakhouse? When my partner I visited on a Wednesday we were seated and asked what drinks we would like, I asked what lager is on...tap, they said just Carling, which for an Italian is pretty unusual, was kind of expecting Peroni or tti, but as that was the only choice that's what we had, some water was supposed to come but only the Carling turned up so had to ask for water again, then another two Carling came over and the girl looked very confused that we already had our drinks and then kind of stared at us for a bit from the bar, along with a few other staff, bit off putting being stared at but ok. couple of menu's were handed to us, regular menu and a steak night menu, we wanted Italian so kept with the Italian menu, we ordered our starter which was a calamari to share, really greasy and loads of garlic but edible, then mains we both had penne pasta rustica, it was alright, but unfortunately loads of garlic again, ingredients seemed like the cheap processed meat but again was edible, staff only came over to ask if everything ok with the meal once we had finished. Toilets had no toilet paper and we were one of the first in to be seated so obviously hadn't been checked, the decor is weird, seems more like a tiki hut kind of place rather than somewhere you would visit in Italy, although it was clean and well kept. Shame as I really wanted this to be a regular place we could visit as there aren't many decent Italian Restaurants around the area. Didn't have dessert as we were getting a bit paranoid being stared at and the not so great food and service, won't return but hopefully they can concentrate on being an Italian that serves good quality food and drink with good service in the future."

"Very poor place Ant powder all up the inside of the door, the floor is dirty, the whole place needs a very good deep clean The chips are from a mccains bag so not even made in-house I asked for a jumbo sausage and the guy said they don’t do them Apart from tiny ones so I got 2 thinking they was tiny, when I got home, they was in fact jumbo sausages. Extremely greasy and oily foods The fish was almost cremated Will never order visit here again"

"We booked a table at table not ready until after ordered straight away but food didn’t arrive until after Food was good and table service was good. Vfm average, meals a bit more expensive than the local competition. Side dishes too expensive. Ambience ok, but area was a bit ordinary. Noise level high due to some young people raising their voices at bar area and swearing too"

"Having tried this place enjoyed their pastries coffee I took my daughter. We stood waiting whilst the server made drinks for the customer in front, when it was our turn the service said I’m not serving any more...we are now shut. I can understand a cafe shutting but please don’t leave customers waiting, let them know as they come in that you’ve shut as it’s polite, a little bit of thoughtfulness goes a long way. Sadly I haven’t returned as not really wanting to get caught out again and so my daughter hasn’t tried their cakes."

"My nephew from Devon and I had plans to have a cup of tea at this restaurant. Unfortunately, he was running late so we waited outside for a while. When he finally arrived, he decided he wanted to go somewhere else instead. As we were getting ready to leave, a very rude lady came out and accused us of lying and behaving rudely. Despite the inconvenience of waiting outside, there were no other customers waiting for the seats we occupied. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and we will not be returning to this restaurant."

"decor was really nice, chairs were comfortable and the staff was top notch. I had outside for the starter (you can get it nowhere else and lamm tikka tandoori for pornstar. both were very tasty, but they don't get much for what they pay regarding the lamb ktikka. in general something overpriced for everything."

"The pub is conveniently located a 5-minute walk from Warwick. The room was small and simple, but enough for a one-night stay and reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable, although it faced the garden and there was music playing until late at night. Thankfully, I had earplugs! The bathroom was small and the shower only had lukewarm water. Breakfast consisted of good fruit, cereals, and cooked options. The staff were very friendly."

"This is a beautiful building steeped in history. Built in 1472, many original features are there to this day. Very quirky and fun. Rooms are comfortable, breakfast superb, chef is great fun to talk to. However, a few disappointments. We booked this place in particular because in addition to the historical interest, it boasts of real ales, lunch and bar snacks. So having booked our rooms we arrived for lunch ahead of the check in time of 3pm to find it locked up and in darkness, no reply to the doorbell. So actually they do not serve lunch. Or any Real Ales the taps were covered. We had booked 5 rooms between 9 people, so potentially quite a lucrative group of guests. When the bar finally opened at 5pm we asked what time we needed to be back from our meal in town in order to have a couple of nightcaps before bed. We were told 11pm. Upon returning just before 10.45pm, found the hotel locked and in darkness. No reply to the doorbell. Having specifically arranged this, and not even asking for extended hours, this was pretty unacceptable as we would have stayed in town for longer. The bedding is very tired and in the £95 per night room, no shower just a hand held shower head with no bracket on the wall to attach it to. I would go back, although would have lower expectations. The website should be changed to reflect that off season, the hotel does not open for lunch and the evening bar is subject to discretion. Maybe the room prices should be reduced to reflect this. In the event, being in a large group, it didn't spoil our stay. However, if it had just been a couple, I suspect it would have marred the visit."
