"I’ve never been to a Zizzi before and this was an amazing dining experience. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Instead of waiting for me to tell them I have a dairy allergy, the server asked us as he was seating us. The menu has a bigger selection of vegan options than other Italian restaurants I’ve been to. The rainbow lasagna was delicious and the vegan cake was hands down the best vegan cake I’ve ever eaten in a restaurant. I cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough and I would give them 5 stars all round. I was so impressed I sent a message to head office telling them how brilliant this dining experience was."

"Booked in advance but had to change time by half and hour, Thus was sorted out with no issue. My son ordered a pasta dish but requested no mozzarella as he does not eat dairy. We ordered a side salad of rocket and parmesan to...share. He was just going to take off the parmesan. When the side salad turned up, the very kind and thoughtful waitress had ensured that the parmesan was served in a separate bowl as she had heard me mention that my son did not eat dairy. This may seem like a little thing but it meant a lot and showed the care and thoughtfulness of the waitress. We ordered penne arrabbiata with chicken, crab and lobster ravioli and a pepperoni pizza for the of us and all of it was delicious. The restaurant was very clean and I will definitely return."

"We found the downstairs area to be very loud, so we requested a table upstairs. We did not have a reservation but were still accommodated. We enjoyed the sticky pig pizza, which had an ultra-thin base and was full of flavor. However, we were not impressed with the mushroom starter as it lacked taste. Our bill for two people, including a non-alcoholic drink, came to just under £40. Overall, we had a mixed experience at the restaurant."

"I 'm a biggest fan and regular guest of Zizzi Restaurants, had a lunch in Liverpool One site on Sunday and it was the worst experience I have ever encountered with Zizzi... Manager greated at the door was so grumpy so you could feel her anger steaming out of her ears, you could feel it in the air and it affected all the team on the floor... atmosphere was terrible and made us feel very unwelcomed. Pizzas served was not usual size, Rusticas are usually covering all the serving board but not this time, was so small and can tell you it was not worth the price and presentation was OMG, ingredients just dropped on in big chunks, you should call it do it yourself ... it was so thick even exceeding thickness of a classic pizza. Revise your standards and re-train your Managers as they don 't even know how to split the bill, blaming till not being able to do it. Really?! Massive disappointment unfortunately..."

"My husband and I went to Zizzi's in the Highcross in Leicester. We were warmly greeted. then shown to our seats. We were given the main menu, as well as the specials menu,alot of restaurants dont give them willingly! We both chose of the special menu, as it was 2 main meals for £12, which was well worth it.I had the meatball calzone, which was packed full with meatballs,and,mushrooms, it was delicious. My husband had the calzon/pizza which was a combination of both,also delicious. We will return"

"Lovely family meal at our local Zizzi in Leamington Spa. We have been served by multilingual Kora who was very helpful and friendly. There was a short wait for food. All food was fresh and very delicious. We have paid for food using Tesco vouchers (drinks usually aren’t included in the offer). "I visited Zizzi with my partner and my Mum yesterday. We had drinks, cocktail, starters and a platter everything was amazing. For mains we all had something different to share and everything was delicious. Waiter Kamil was very helpful and made great recommendations. The atmosphere was great too. "Located in Bressenden Place. If you come via the underground, take exit Cardinal Walk and it's 1-2 minute walk. Came here for lunch with a non-vegan colleague. I ordered one of the pizzas from the separate vegan menu. There's only a couple and while extra toppings can be added this is at an extra cost and likely quickly adds up. However, since they use a nice vegan cheese, the two standard pizza options might not have a lot of toppings, but they are actually really nice. They had an amazing sounding vegan torte, but since it was lunch time, I didn't try it. The menu also provides information of all the allergens, and makes it easy to identify the vegan and gf options for example."

"I have visited many times to different twosomes always enjoy eating. they have a good varied menu also a fair selection on their vegan menu, along with catering for other nutritional needs only ask for the other menu. Thursday evening I visited the cardinal walk, victoria twog must praise the service. our waitress, andrea was fantastic! He made us feel like we were the only table she had waited for in an extremely lively restaurant. andrea pulled out all stops; she was extremely attentive, polite fun while remaining professional, so much, so much, both my friend and I commented on how fantastic she was! in the rule someone waits her table yes, they can make a good job and they leave a tip, but andrea definitiw won fans. also has to be known that the kitchen staff turned around food orders, so fast it was incredible! we have barely ordered our food to show up in minutes! fantastic!"

"After visiting Shakespeare's Globe, I was looking for a place to have lunch and with the HC app, I found this restaurant. I was impressed by the fact that they have a separate menu for vegan items, making it much easier to order compared to sifting through the regular menu. They also provide a booklet with information on gluten-free and dairy-free options. The selection of vegan dishes was decent, and they even offered a delicious coconut-based cheese for the pizza. I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan lime dessert, although I was hoping for more sorbet options. The restaurant also had a lively atmosphere, with a beautifully decorated pizza oven in the open kitchen. The only downside for me was the lack of plant-based milk options for coffee, which I found unusual considering the attention to detail in catering to various diets, especially in a country where soy milk is commonly offered."

"Came here for our daughter's 18th birthday last week. I booked a table online and advised it was her 18th. On arrival they'd put a birthday banner on the table and were happy to take the cake I'd brought, put the candles on it and bring it put after mains. We didn't eat the cake there as the food had been so good we all wanted to try desserts too! All staff were so kind and accommodating! Shame there isn't a Zizzi in Cornwall but we came up to Exeter to meet our son anyway, and my daughter chose well! Thank you to you all"

"The staff at this restaurant are extremely friendly and provide nice and quick service from beginning to end. The food portions were perfect and presented beautifully. "The food at the restaurant was okay, but our experience was ruined by the waitress. We arrived five minutes early for our reserved table and were immediately informed that we had 90 minutes to dine. While understandable on a busy Friday night two weeks before Christmas, it was not the most welcoming greeting. The food was good, and the waitress was fine until it came time to pay. She seemed annoyed that I didn't know I had to present my card on the back of the card reader and almost shouted at me. As someone who suffers from acute anxiety, her attitude really upset me. I urge Zizi's to train their staff to be kind and understanding, as I'm sure they would not tolerate unkindness towards their own employees. Please remember to treat your customers with respect."

"My partner and I visited Zizzi in Milton Keynes to celebrate our anniversary. We'd never been to Zizzi's before and had been given a gift card to celebrate. When we got there we were seated beneath the stairs next to an electrical box which was a tight squeeze. If either of us were any bigger we would not have been able to sit there comfortably. Next to us, taking up several tables was a group of 15-20 teenage boys who were loud and boisterous. We arrived when they were just getting desserts but through our entire meal they were up and about, standing and leaning against the pillar whilst play fighting/tussling whilst we were trying to eat. They continuously kept getting close to and standing right behind my partner who was very uncomfortable as they kept brushing her jacket and chair every time they moved. I looked over to the staff by the bar who were simply watching them mess about but they said nothing. Half way through my meal I was so agitated that I lost my appetite so I went up to the bar, waited to talk to a member of staff to complain and get the bill, but multiple staff acted as though I was not there and it was not until the large group left, 45 mins since we'd been there, that a member of staff came over to check if our food was okay which is when I asked for the bill and a takeaway box for my partner as she too did not want to finish eating in such an atmosphere. Additionally, the couple to the left of us was very agitated as the group was leaving as the teenagers were very close to them as well. I am not saying to bar teenagers, however I think that staff or a manager should have spoken to the table or the two adults who were in charge of the group rather than just watch them behave atrociously. -Pedro"

"The food at the restaurant was enjoyable, but the service negatively impacted our experience. When we arrived, our booking was not found and the server attributed this to a technical issue. It took a while to place our order and we were not offered additional drinks or dessert. To make matters worse, we were abruptly asked to pay the bill as the restaurant was closing. Despite my friend having a voucher that adhered to the terms and conditions, the staff insisted on reviewing them at our table. My friend felt offended by this lack of trust.
