"Well, I was staying away from home due to work and found this Indian restaurant (I do love Curries so looked out for one . Yes, the girl taking orders (I presume the owner's daughter was friendly and very helpful, and the service was quick, probably because there weren't many people in there, but that did surprise me because it was Saturday night. Upon arrival, I sat down and disappeared into the chair (no springs! moved to another seat only slightly better. Had poppadoms, tasted awful but they came out after around 30 seconds so maybe they were yesterday's? Chutney, mint yogurt etc were the worst I've had, very bland, even the onion was watery and tasteless. I wondered how good the main would be. Omg, I hate to say this but it was honestly the worst curry I have ever tasted and I was very disappointed. As other reviews have said, it was dry chewy chicken chunks in a paste. I ate half of it and just wanted to get out of there in the end, got the bill then suddenly they had a power cut! Lights kept flashing on and off as the owner repeatedly kept resetting the breaker which just kept tripping out. The card reader for payment stopped working so I was stuck. After 5 mins the owner brought out candles! Somebody in the restaurant offered to help the owner, and after 20 mins got the lights on. (I hope he was rewarded with a discount but I doubt it very much! I eventually paid but they wanted the itemised receipt they gave me after I paid, but I needed it for work, but eventually sorted it (they let me have the last cm of the receipt! . I left the run down front porch area with two doors, couldn't close the first door, it wouldn't shut. Then the owner just slammed it behind me and it shut, which I thought was a bit rude as I was still there in the porch looking at him! I went through the second door onto the street and the door handle came off in my hand along with that long rod bit as well. Then the Indian owner came running out and took it from me. I couldn't stop laughing all the way home. Will I go back? Absolutely not!"

"Ordered pizza for collection, went in early to collect and waited for ages for my pizza to be ready to then be told the base I ordered is out of stock. Could have told me this when I went in rather than making me wait all that time. Asked for a refund to be told I might get it in 3-5 working days and if not I need to chase it up and I can’t get confirmation of the refund being processed before I left the store. Inconvenience one after the other. It’s really not good service or consideration for the person waiting. Staff was also dropping pizza trays on the floor constantly, loud banging like they all can’t be bothered and had other people complaing. Not run well at all. Also should be aware that it’s ramadan and people waiting could have been fasting all day, should have some awareness to not waste their time standing around waiting for a pizza thats out of stock when you can be courteous and tell them so they can go elsewhere. I would avoid this takeaway, shambles."

"I ordered from Papa John 's via Uber Eats, my first time using either business. Details: The Mexican (medium) £19.99 which I would have found expensive in a physical restaurant Service fee £2 what service? and £2.49 delivery fee despite this you ask for a tip for the courier. Clicked on the authentic thin crust but got a pizza crust the size of a doorstep which I couldn 't cut through because the dough was so touch. The overall taste was sweet and sickly, nothing 'authentic ' about this pizza. My treat at the end of a busy working week has been a huge, and expensive, disappointment. Dreadul."

"I didn't have pizza for 6 months and Papa John's didn't disappoint to order a bit of a problem online, but that was probably me doing something wrong. I called the shop and a very helpful man ordered the order for me. It was said that it would be with me in twenty minutes and it was hot. One of the best pizzas I ever had, double peppermint and meat festival. Also the garlic had six cheese bread, oh my!!!! Put all the other garlic bread to shame, a must for every garlic bread lover. Will definitely use Papa John's pizza from now on."

"Amazing! We had a party and decided to use this restaurant for our pizza buffet delivery. The service was excellent and efficient. We placed an order for 22 large pizzas to be delivered to our venue at 8:00 pm. They kept us informed throughout the day, letting us know when they were on their way for delivery. To our surprise, they even gave us 4 large pizzas and 2 large bottles of drinks for free. We are extremely grateful to Pizza Hut and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommended."

"I arrived as a walk in customer and it took 25 mins before I was even acknowledged to be then told my food would take 30 mins. While I was stood in the store the phone wasn't answered once even though it rang constantly and a customer had come to the store to return food which he had delivered. He asked for order to be re done as the food was cold due to delivery taking 1 hour 10 mins to be told he would have to wait 30 mins. Poor management and lack of staff. I went to Dominos and received my order after 10 mins, great effiency."

"Absolute joke of a place So Friday night at 7:40pm, I order food to be delivered at 9:15pm. 9:30pm comes and goes and there's no sign of our delivery. Phoned Pizza Hut no answer just ringing out. Food eventually turned up half...an hour late, virtually cold, dried up. Tried to phone to complain yet again, no answer! Saturday afternoon went into the actual place and asked to speak to the manager. Manager, Shane, came to speak to me apoloigsed and said that it wasn't good enough. Gave me two options free meal of the same value or I could phone a number about a refund as I paid online. I told him I'd have the phone number. He returned with £20 cash and said I shouldn't do this but I'll refund you the £20 plus give you £20 credit for a meal. Just give it 24 hours and then you can phone your order through A few days later we decided that we migh as well use the £20 credit. Once again, the phone rang and rang and rang. Eventually, on the third attempt of calling, someone answered the phone but said there was no record of any credit. I asked to speak to Shane and he said the manager was out and could I call back in 10 minutes. I asked if anyone would actually answer the phone in 10 minutes. He said that they weren't trained to answer the phone, which I said was ridiculous as anyone can answer a phone. I clarified that Shane would be back in 10 minutes and was told no, Chris is the manager tonight. I told them to forget it. About 10 minutes later, my phone rang and it was Pizza Hut. The man apologised for being out and said that there was £20 credit. I asked him why the others didn't answer the phone and he said they weren't trained to. He then went on to say, between you and me, the manager couldn't organise a party in a brothel. I said that it was disgraceful and unprofessional for him to say stuff like that and he reiterated that it was true. I asked his name but he refused to give it saying I don't have to tell you. I said that the earlier person that I spoke to said that Chris was the manager tonight and he said NO I'M NOT THE MANAGER I told him to forget the order as we woould go elsewhere rather than otder from this charade! I said that I would be leaving a bad review and was told, GO AHEAD IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS ITS A POOR QUALITY FRANCHISE!"
