My partners pizza stuck to paper, gently disgusting. And my pizza was undercooked. Rude staff who don't care. Generally a horrible experience

Disgusting hygiene levels and total lack of customer service . Staff not washing hands throughout process, bike driver sweating and cutting pizzas in outdoor coat. Manager shouting at staff who to only want to help Do not use.

Had a pizza from here last week and was amazing it was still hot when I was dropped off to the house I placed my order and with in 25 minutes it was at my house The lady I spoke to on the phone was very polite and understanding as I am a fussy eater Will deffo be going here from now on View menu

We waited an hour and twenty minutes before ringing, No apology, just told it will be about another half hour. Reading the other reviews they clearly should not be in the pizza business. wish I'd looked at the reviews first but assumed a international chain might be at least competent.

Don't understand what all the fuss over these pizzas is to be honest. First time we've had them and will definitely be the last too. Arrived promptly and still hot but they were pretty much tasteless apart from a very salty sauce. Hardly any actual toppings. Overpriced,overhyped rubbish

It 's now 75 minutes that I have been waiting for my pizza and all I got from the manager before was bad, defensive attitude. Excuses about their pizza taking longer because 'they are not Iceland or Domino 's , refusal to offer discounts, excuses about their opening times being wrong and also about having the wrong address. Night in on my own so I thought I would treat myself to a pizza and some garlic bread. All ordered and paid and then watch the progress on the tracker. The food came out of the oven and took over 30 minutes to arrive, by which time it was just warm and quite rubbery. I got an email apology and the of £5 off my next order. No good to me as there will not be another order.

I called up to Speke to the manager who was very rude and very disrespectful he told me to F off as I told him I wanted a refund and hung the phone up on me I called back and asked to speak to him again and they told me he had left the building I have to say I don’t understand how this man runs a store the pizza was cold my order was wrong and he is nothing but a nasty man who has the attitude of a teenager I have ordered with them before and I spoke to a lady called Sarah who was lovely we’re has she gone

I ordered from Papa John 's via Uber Eats, my first time using either business. Details: The Mexican (medium) £19.99 which I would have found expensive in a physical restaurant Service fee £2 what service? and £2.49 delivery fee despite this you ask for a tip for the courier. Clicked on the authentic thin crust but got a pizza crust the size of a doorstep which I couldn 't cut through because the dough was so touch. The overall taste was sweet and sickly, nothing 'authentic ' about this pizza. My treat at the end of a busy working week has been a huge, and expensive, disappointment. Dreadul. View menu
