Seating Arrangement and Audio Issues : Despite my advance reservation, I was seated right next to the projector screen. The overhead projector was on maximum volume, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. 2. Immediate Charges for Drinks : When I ordered drinks for myself and my partner, we were charged immediately. We ordered a few more drinks throughout the night, and each time we were required to pay on the spot, which was inconvenient. 3. Food Quality : I ordered chicken wings, which were served completely cold and were inedible. This was very disappointing and unacceptable for the quality I expect from Zebrano Soho. 4. Billing Issues : At the end of the night, we were presented with a bill that included charges for all the drinks, despite having already paid for them throughout the evening. When I proved through my online banking that everything had been paid, no apology was offered for the mistake. Overall, my experience was far below the standards I expected.
