The staff are armed and efficient. The restaurant was excellent with a wide variety of choices. We had a great time during our visit.

Such a lovely and clean hotel! My friends and I recently dined at Austins and the food was fantastic, with friendly and attentive service.

Martin provided excellent customer service as did all the staff who interacted with us. Nothing was too much of a problem/bother etc esp when we were a little late taking up our table which was in the most amazing location. It was definitely a tonic...and treat for my friend. Booked Afternoon tea for my daughters after exam results. Might have been nice if it hadn’t of been for the hair in the sorbet and blood on the handle of the teapot. Such a shame and I’m so disappointed . On a positive note, the...waiter was apologetic and dealt with it professionally. However, I probably won’t be back.

we knew that the tullyglass are well organized with social distancing and post-covid lockdown measures. but the management and the personal have really gone beyond and beyond to the guests feel safe, comfortable and protected. they have managed to make subtle but important changes. to ensure that people’s social distance, improved cleansing measures, brand hand sanitaries everywhere, workers with protective blinds, check-in/check-out measures to provide chances for reduced face contacts. all while maintaining their high service and customer support. eating is as always first class. they make a safe escape' overnight with the hotel and it was really just that.

we have eaten in tullyglass already on a Sunday in the carvery, who was always beautiful. for an important family event we decided to book outtins for something special. I wish we had just gone to the carvery. for the cost. the meal on a Sunday was really not worth it. the salted chili chicken was scattered and tasteless. the chicken head came with a disgusting, lumpy sauce that ruined the court. the sunflower dessert came with popcorn, which was totally stale. I was so embarrassed when the family did not really enjoy their meal. I would not return to austin and would not recommend it to anyone. we must begin with a positive, beautiful staff, attentive, friendly and in this time covidcert has actually taken the time to ensure that everyone has followed the guidelines and had their pess, without being authoritarian. well done. the food was decided on average. lack of imagination or love for detail. Bland fish, accompanied by a kind of salty on the side and a few cooked baby spokes. reasonable steak, slightly overdonated, half boiled veg served on baby food mash. the restaurant has no soul, golden walls, golden curtains like an old home that is abandoned. just because they run a carvery plus party night does not mean that they neglect the main restaurant, each wonder that it was half...

Booked a family meal here, left feeling disappointed on all levels. We booked the restaurant but moved out to the bar bistro area because of an event. The waiter claimed to have called me to tell me about the move. No phone call received....The food was tasteless and generally not as dedcribed on the menu. Half way through the meal, members of the event being held in the restaurant begin to arrive. We had at least 30 plus people packed into the bar area making alot of noise and generally making the dinning experience unbearable. Myself and eleven other relatives recently went to this restaurant to celebrate my father’s 70th birthday and we had a fabulous time. We ordered from the Ruby menu and I was very impressed by how promptly we were all served. The food was excellent, with...my only issue being that the soup I had for the starter was very salty and I couldn’t finish it all. Other than that, it was a brilliant meal. When it came to dessert, my seven-year-old cousin (who was visiting from England was upset, as there was nothing that she liked.
