"I have dined with family on a number of occasions at Castle Kitchen but this time around it wasn’t the best. Myself and 3 other family members went out to celebrate an early birthday by having dinner together. The ambiance and decor in the restaurant...is superb and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I cannot fault them at all! Myself and one other family member ordered the Cod dish for our main. My cod had five pieces of bone inside of it whilst my fellow family members dish had none. I have left the picture below. The rest of the meals for the table where fabulous. I addressed the bone issue with the waiter and he immediately apologised and took it straight to the chefs for them to see. Again, I cannot fault the service. The waiter was more than generous and took my cod dish off the final bill. Afterwards, all four of us shared dessert, we ordered the Cherry and Tonka bean cheesecake. The presentation was good but the taste was extremely overpowering with the cherry sauce on top. In addition, the actual selection of desserts on the menu wasn’t good either. I personally found the meal a little pricey for the standard of food received. All in all I would be careful of what you order at Castle Kitchen!"

I took a business visitor for lunch. Chicken Schnitzel was excellent as was the prawn sandwich with fries. Service relaxed and efficient. Always a great atmosphere.

Been here a few times for various occasions and the food is good. They do a great steak tender and nice charring very nice. Overall you get a good meal here and the staff a very good as well particularly with children.

Great for a night out, far on more stylish than other bars/nightclubs in ballymena. Was absolutely packed but bar staff excelled in getting everyone served. Young barman Kyle was fantastic at his job both at serving drinks and dealing with customers

cheap frozen rubbish off the back of a truck, incredibly poor value for money, with a steady decline since opening, much better options in town....don t blame the staff, blame the operators, for not adjusting to current situation within the industry.

remove from beginning to end no warm welcome table for two before two weeks booked a table for 6 in the bar back to kovid restrictions 2 meters apart. the command has made it wrong. false steak with false sauce swap around prawns with steak £6....Only the smell will put them by rubber balls galle for the drinks porn martinis around

It was my first time dining there. I decided to go with an early bird menu. Starter was very nice. I just needed a little more goat cheese. The burger was very disappointing. Very, very dry little over cooked. For the size of burger, the cheese, etc, was very scarce, unable to even taste it. I should have sent it back, Service was good, and my partner enjoyed his soup and chowder pie.

We have been going here for quite some time as we live locally. From the minute Stefan showed us to our table the evenings experience just got better and better. We decided on the Chataubriand and it was excellent, cooked exactly how we asked it...to be. The wine Stefan recommend complemented it perfectly too and athough the restaurant was busy we were looked after by Christina snd Roxanne who even though very busy always had a smile and a word to see if everything was alright. On the drinks front we were ably looked after by Dragos and Ben and the rest of the guys behind the bar. It was a great meal in a great setting with fantastic staff. Thank you. David and Julie
