"The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant. It's quiet enough to sit with your computer and they offer healthy options for breakfast, lunch, and more. They have a variety of items like salads, sandwiches, and fruits in the refrigerator, as well as soups. If you enjoy eating healthy, give it a try. It may be a bit expensive, but I think it's worth it."

"I bought challah bread and ginger cookie today. When I order ginger cookie, one staff didn’t understand my word, and I repeated “one ginger cookie, please” politely. But she looked at me rudely and she just reached her arm holding cookie to my friend, so my friend had to aproach to her and received the cookie. We were embarrassed. The challa bread was normal, but it isn’t worthy. The ginger cookie is just ginger and flour taste. I will never visit again."

"Bad communication from dismissive staff, despite poorly made drinks. On arrival, a waitor stopped the pair in front of us like a bouncer, told them to return to the queue in a shooing tone, only for the maitre d 'hotel to sit them down where they were about to sit anyway. Wherever the adminastative need is here, it is coming with inefficiency and rudeness to a pair of people who were waiting for a couple of minutes prior for no good reason, so to sit in a quiet cafe. Food and drinks were ordered exclusively online, through a slow web app my vodaphone signal struggled. £5.50 for an Iced Matcha Late. I ordered regular dairy as I 'm a cheap git, despite my preference for coconut, and was made to suffer under the waitor 's misunderstanding. I was brought fresh milk, which was clearly less fresh than anticipated as it leant an unforgivable sourness and chunkiness to the drink. The maitre d did not allow me to conclude my request that the milk seems a bit off before dimissing it and dashing off I really should have been offered a replacement, or ideally a refund based on my partner 's drink. Said partner got an iced chai, apparently sub par to the sam drink at Gails and (apparently) Starbucks. Nice ambiance, indeed ruining the experience for me. I think people know about this place from instagram, so it 's just groomed, vain 20 somethings, couples and mother daughter pairs, and unfortunately the former were the most present."

"came in around 5pm as table for 2. staff not fully trained on how to deal with the covid track and trace regards checking in or taking details.was made to wait 15 minutes to wait for 4 bottles of beer even though we were the only poeple in there! on entering, plenty of staff sitting eating there staff food on the tables having there social time. i was told off by this very young man who I think was supposed to be some kind of manager.... its very simple sir, you had the drinks order get them to the table so we have something to drink instead of making us wait a stupid amount of time for you to simply put olives out on a plate! check the cctv if you dont agree! wednesday 7th only customers in!! as it got later, more tables around us, particluarly couples who were waiting for drinks also.I will never come back again, and thats for all the outlets if you employ low trained kids who dont have the passion for service, you will keep losing money.once we did get our food, the lady waitress was nice and did a sufficient job.all in all, not good! and plenty more on the doorstep."

"Wandering around Soho we walked by Le Pain and decided to give it a try looks nice from the outside with all these bread put forward on display. Ordered some house Chardonney with olives to start with and then Pizzetta, Organic Lentil Avocado Salad and Prosciutto with Mozzarella on toast. All really good. House wine excellent for house wine category, olives with some spicy flavour, salad was fairly reach (variety of veggies inside), ham was tasty and only pizzetta could have been, perhaps, a bit warmer... Staff really nice and knowledgable about the menu, their advice should be highly appreciated. They're good. Overall recommended, really. Would have been 5 if it wasn't for this...read more"

"My Husband ordered a farmhouse breakfast but the sausages were not cooked properly, the waitress came and took the sausages ,replaced and was apologetic which we appreciated but still added service charge to bill which we thought was really poor ,especially as we had bad experience with the food. We paid the service charge but will not be returning."

"Been here numerous times to buy food (sandwich etc) for flights. I usually visit in the mornings and they are open early, are generally efficient at the tills and well stocked in the mornings. Food is normal Pret sandwiches and salads of the same standard as other Pret stores. On the last visit I was very pleased they are serving again the baguette of brie, tomato and mozzarella which I still can’t get at my local Pret. My baguette was lovely and fresh and my husband had the bacon/egg baguette, which he enjoyed. I also had a mango/lime pot and a dark chocolate and almond cookie (these are lovely). One disappointment if coming for breakfast is that Pret has stopped making porridge with non-dairy milk (no idea why as plant eating is on the increase). Although there is seating in this store it is quite cramped as it is always busy with people queuing and the seats are around the queue/entrance so not the most relaxing places to sit and eat and wait but great for take-away."

"about this place mute when shopping in canada water retail park. don't let them be fooled by the name, it's actually an Italian restaurant serving fantastic sourdough based pizza. her menu explains the source of her ingredients, most of which are Italian! shows that they really care about their ingredients. we had smeared the garlic bread (sour teig) with their san marzano tomato paste for appetizers. then the diavola (picky salami, zwiebel chutney and basilikum) and prosciutto e funghi (dress, cotto ham, petersilie, garlauch) pizzas for pornstar. probably was a mistake to have 2 brot varieties, but it was great! must definitely go back and try their other appetizers and maybe a pasta dish. very friendly staff. can see that this place is popular with locals."

"I had first encountered Crosstown Doughnuts on my lunch at Tombo, where I declared the matcha one fantastic-inventive-great! So I was just as excited checking out the full blown store in Soho. London’s a big place, which makes it easy to miss a spot, though Crosstown has some coverage with four stores across the scene. There’s some rave reviews and lots of tantalising flavour options which hypes up the experience somewhat. I had the kiwi fruit) and green apple £3.50). This is a sourdough based, with a fruit compote with mint-infused white chocolate icing. It wasn’t quite as wow as the cake-based one I had last time, but is a solid donut option for these parts. The sourdough base ends up being too much bread-like for my donut preferences. There’s a good amount of compote in each bite and it’s great tasting. Crosstown make all their own, and you can feel that with every bite having chunks of fruit. Will return."

"You have the option to choose between almond or oat milk for your coffee, which is great. The vegan chocolate cakes were absolutely delicious, and their blueberry muffins were also vegan. There were so many hearty vegan options available, like curry and tartines. I will definitely return for more vegan coffee and cakes!"

"we visited here as a group of four, to the breakfast on a Sunday in the fairytale. I live quite locally and was just not so long here. the service was attentive and excellent, without delay for eating or drinks. a strange article... in the menu caught my attention and that was brioche, speck and maple syrup with an optional extra caramelized banane. one of the best breakfast pieces I had, since I really am not a fan full English etc. this article we highly recommend. my man visits here quite a lot and so the blase and the squeak is always a hit for him. our breakfast really enjoyed us here and will return much more frequently."

"The decor is lovely real trees, big tables, a little cramped but very pleasant. We were 'greeted ' by a very fierce person who to her dismay had to give in and allow us a table, who then shouted at the bloke who came in after us for holding the door open. Later I saw her helping herself to food so maybe she is a manager. You serve yourself; there is lots of choice, all of it vegetarian. This is luxury. The food is wholefood, freshly cooked, some of it spicy, some salads, sauces and dips. I think some of it cannot be kept warm enough because of the sheer volume of the dishes. But tepid is fine and I really liked what I chose. Mac cheese, veggie scotch eggs, some nice spicy roast cauli, fritters, beetroot dip etc. I was trying not to eat too much so took small portions, which was weighed as costing about £7.00. Is that expensive? ... not sure. This is central London. We had water, but there were drinks if you wanted them. We also avoided the cakes which did look super. We were not made to feel hurried. Staff were generally very cheerful. The loos were clean. I think this restaurant offers a brilliant vege experience. It appears that you can 't book, so who are all the empty tables for ... but never mind, once in, you are in for a treat or two. Next time I am going for a swim first so I can eat dessert."

" did not have the Low GI option available when I arrived. Despite this disappointment, I still decided to try one of their regular salads and was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and taste of the ingredients. The service was quick and efficient, and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming. I would definitely return in the future to try some of their other menu options."

"Words fail me.Not in a bad way. This restaurant, food and level of service from Nikki and a lovely French girl surpassed any expectations We had booked a table for lunch including my friend who has a birthday next week. We were welcomed with complimentary glasses of Kir Royale .The staff members were very attentive without being obtrusive .The restaurant itself is simple but very inviting. The food was delicious.I had ordered a starter and my friends ordered two main courses all arrived together as requested. After I ordered a dessert and my friend who has the birthday was presented with a piece of cake complete with birthday candle. My other friend was also given a dessert so she would not feel left out. When the bill arrived the cake and extra dessert were complimentary too.I am married to a chef and I felt this whole dining experience from beginning to end was just fabulous.Everything exceeded my expectations as a customer.Def recommend eating here on my next visit to Edinburgh .Well Done !"

"We were a party of 10 women for breakfast at 10:30. I had read lots of good reviews about York's so decided to give it a try. I thought the decor and ambience of the place was lovely and there was plenty of space for us and around us, so we didn't feel squashed in. The food was great. The only thing I would say is that the service was very very slow. Some of the party were a little disgruntled as it even took quite a while just to take our orders. The restaurant didn't feel that full either. Maybe there was a reason for this and maybe it's not the norm for York's, and therefore I have still given a good score. Personally, it didn't matter to me that it took so long as I was enjoying myself just being with my friends in a lovely place anyway."

"came to pret to do my writing work. because of the government campaign eat out, all invaders were 50% off. this worked well and the sale was reduced by my bill without request. good, spacious seating area for people who want to do something work. seats were slightly creepy and scattered in a way that made the place look less stylish than it could have been. otherwise the cappuccino and baguette I had were excellent."
