"we were away in our last night our mini-width and came over del mar as last option. it was the best meal of the weekend! the food proportions were good sizes, the enough space for all courses. great tasting eat especially for my mother, which is extremely fussy eater. the personal was very friendly and was a very clean restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere, a total good experience and would recommend to everyone in the opposite."

"I have no words to describe the service and dishes we ate with my family. So delicious that I had to use a piece of my children's pizza to continue enjoying the leftover sauce from pasta with shrimps. Personally, I would drink this sauce from the plate, but my shirt was too light and it would be a shame to stain it I will 100 and one percent recommend this restaurant to my friends"

"the koleslaw was a bit of a sworn, but let us face it most people do not eat this anyway. it was quite late in the evening in the defense of the marino lounge (1930) regardless of which the entire ordered eating was amazing the massive burger and buttermilk chicken. fries and sweet potato chips were perfectly cooked. all foods were delivered hot from the kitchen. there were 2 employees who were facing me, both of whom made a fantastic job. the person who originally welcomed us and the server. both were good talented and could not do enough when I had randomly asked for contingent. I'm sure the rest of the team was great, but we didn't interact with them. the app worked well for ordering. we don't have any money that's a shame because I would have left a decent tip for the quality of service. we will be coming back soon"

"the calamari was nicely cooked, no rubber bands here, the teig was super light, almost tempura like. the linguini with mönchsfisch and garnel was incredible. again the seafood was perfectly cooked, the pasta was al-dente and the spicy tomato sauce really had a kick. my daughter had the meatballs and penne, which was very rich and extremely tasty. we all ate very well, and our waiter arbi was good fun and attentive. 3 meals, all with 3 curses, for £100.00, we have a 15% tip happy. some reviews mention here not optional service fee this was not at location and place when we visited mai 2022. highly recommended. we're coming back."

"After taking a walk along the coast and returning, we were quite hungry. Unfortunately, most places had already closed for the day, and we were disappointed to find out that the local fish and chip shop in Lizard doesn't offer Gluten Free options. However, we were relieved to stumble upon this restaurant. The staff was accommodating and showed us the menu with gluten-free options. They promptly served us drinks and the food arrived not long after. The meal was delicious and satisfying!"

"Older waiter/manager rude and unwelcoming. Some of the other waiting staff stressy and abrupt. Didn't feel relaxed with the way they carried on. The female waiting staff were much better than the male waiting staff. Some of the food, including mine was good, some of the other guests food not well-presented and not that good. My partner had venison. Not a good flavour and tough. I expect all meals to be a great standard in a restaurant. That's your business and with something like this should be a passion. As paying customers we should expect a good standard of service and everything to be good quality, not to have sub-standard and rude attitude (from some of you). We are paying your wages. I don't go out and eat that often, so when I do its a shame that the evening is shadowed by this. I won't be going again. I have been to better places that are not so pricey but the all the food was delicious and the staff absolutely lovely. Not so here. By the way, you should get some proper hand paper towel for your dispenser in the bathroom because what was in there was like cheap toilet paper. Oh and don't overbook if you can't handle the numbers. I think your reputation will start to suffer."

"It was a fantastic experience for our team. Amazing 3 course meal with lip smacking and authentic Indian taste. Extremely friendly staff and top notch service. Landlord Mr. Nandu is a gem of a person and ensured all of us had an awesome time at the restaurant. Outdoor seating area was just perfect for the weather and Ample car parking space was a huge relief. I am coming back again soon. "A very nice Italian restaurant in Monmouth Street Lyme Regis. The food was excellent and catered for my wife's Gluten intolerance with no problem. The dining room was exceptionally clean and the hygiene standard was brilliant. Very reasonable prices and a good selection of wines. My wife is now hooked on a new drink for her, Limoncello Sunrise, which was suggested by the Lady behind the bar. Well worth a visit"

"We went to dinner on Christmas Day after paying a high price upfront. Upon arrival, we were informed that the dessert we ordered was not available and were offered a chocolate brownie instead. The roast turkey dinner was disappointing, with poorly cooked potatoes, undercooked parsnips, and bland cauliflower cheese. The salmon dish was dry and had a bitter taste, with a small portion of dauphinois potatoes. Our cheesecake order was initially served without the profiteroles and caramel sauce we requested, but after showing the waitress the menu, the correct dish was brought out. We were surprised to be told by the waitress that the chef had done this "especially" for us, as it was what we had ordered and paid for. The staff never asked us how our meal was, likely because they knew it was not up to standard. To top it off, we had to wait a long time to pay our drinks bill as their machine was not working. Other diners were also voicing complaints, and we met another couple in the parking lot who shared our disappointment. Overall, it was a terrible Christmas Day experience."

"I have visited this venue on three occasions and I have tried my best to enjoy the food, service and the atmosphere. On paper it should be a fantastic location however my last visit showed how bad the service really was. We waited 20 minutes to be served what to drink it took 10-15 minutes to bring our drinks over and after taking our order it took nearly 50 minutes to bring our food over. I really don 't like to slam local businesses down but taking nearly an hour to serve food to 4 people is really bad, the service was not greeted to how was you meal nor did they asked if we wanted more drinks during our meal, simple things to please customer service and I really do think this was a one off as there wasn 't an experience staff member in sight. I just hope that on my next visit it will be a 5 star. As I said I really want to like this venue as it in a nice village it has great features with the pub and it will take simple steps to improve the quality of service. "Is it worth the trip to North London to visit this place? The answer is: yes, you don't know what you're missing yet! Their food is simply delicious. Everything is cooked at the time, so even though it takes a little to come, you can tell it's hot and fresh. We were a group of 8 and mostly ordered for sharing with few dishes to have in pairs, although you can pick mains with individual portions as well. I strongly recommend the bread with cheese and egg, it's sublime!"

"I never write bad reviews but this one deserves it, so they don’t go out of business. We ordered food and coffee, the food never arrived and the coffee was the worst coffee I had in a while. Since it’s a cafe at least they should get that right. I had to complain about my late cause it was 80% foam and it was all milk, and when they bring me the second one the didn’t change a thing. We waited for the food for 45 minutes and when we asked for an update because we had to leave they said it would still take a while. We cancelled the order and the waitress was really rude about it. She still charged us £6 for the foamy horribly tasting latte and the americano that was supposed to be included in the breakfast. This place really needs to fix their issues and hire new staff."

"We’re definitely heading back tomorrow! My friend and I were craving Italian food and stumbled upon this gem of a restaurant just a short walk from our hotel. Our cravings were more than satisfied. We started with a sensational garlic pizza bread, which was simply fantastic. For the main course, my friend had a delicious creamy salmon dish, while I indulged in a mouthwatering pasta with Italian sausage and salami. To top it off, we enjoyed one of the best desserts I've ever had—the screamberry cheesecake. Everything was fresh, well-balanced, and superb, enhanced by the exceptionally friendly and efficient service. We still have a few days left in the Lake District, and we've already booked a table for another visit!"

"During our week in Alnwick, we dined at this restaurant three times. The first time, we hadn't made a reservation but they were able to accommodate us. We were glad they did because we didn't want to miss out on this place. They have a wonderful selection of wines by the glass, including red, white, and rosé, and everything we tried was fantastic. I would definitely recommend making a reservation as the restaurant was always busy, and it's easy to see why. The prices were reasonable, and I highly recommend this place for delicious food and excellent service."

"We visited Bellamy's Bistro 2 weeks ago. If having a meal after 6pm there is parking on the main Street for free. We managed to get an earlier ferry across to the island and after contacting Bellamy's, staff very kindly brought the time of our table forward. Me and one friend had the carbonara and cheesy garlic bread, which was lovely and tasty and my other friend had Bourgenon which she also really enjoyed. The owners were very friendly and were talking to us about how they came to the Isle of Wight. I would definitely recommend."

"Have never eaten here, but only ever heard positive feed back. Cousins birthday, I do not live in the area so rang to order some bottles of bubbles for the table. Only writing this as experience was very upsetting and I am still shocked. I spoke with a lady, explained cousin having birthday dinner (I did get name wrong that table was ordered under) so wanted to make sure was correct table. She said I was loud and shouting. I have a loud voice (nodules on voice box). But its also naturally loud as well. I do not raise my voice, it is not my style also my voice loud enough. It doesnt need raising. We finally worked out correct table, I then thought she had gone to get payment machine. But she just hung up. So I called back, another waitress answered. I explained previous call and again asked if I could pay over phone for bottles of bubbles. I was asked to wait a moment whilst she fetched the machine. Whilst I waited I had to listen to what herself and the first waitress were saying about me. Won 't lie, it was very upsetting and I 'm quite a tough cookie. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional as well as hurtful. When she came back on phone I politely told her I heard all their conversation, she went quiet and apologised then asked if still wanted the bubbles. I politely replied 'I don 't think so '. Not sure what to take away from this experience. At least cover phone or put on hold if your going to talk badly about someone who wishes to spend money whom you have never met............"
