"Well where do I start. When i came lots of tables reserved but I got one table which wasn't reserved.i was told I might have to move if gets too busy but I was promised to get little table booked for myself.btw the guy was very rude. Then by the end of the game after 80 mins when the place was fairly busy the guy came and said I have to go after buying whole bottle wine because they need table for big group. There was a guy sitting by himself on next table and noone asked him to move both staff members .So he asked me to move when I told him that he promised me a lil table before but he didn't care !! And after all the group moved to the table I SUGGESTED to the lonely person , then they got KICKED BECAUSE THEY ATE TAKE AWAYS IN PUB!!!! so wrong !!!! Never will be back"

"Booked as a Mothers Day celebration because there were no bookings available at the weekend. Had told my Mother that it was excellent, my favourite restaurant, the best place for miles for fillet steak etc etc. She was really looking forward to it. However, the...meal arrived on a cool plate, the chips were lukewarm, as was the steak and the onion loaf was cold. It was 6pm and the place was practically deserted with only 2 other people awaiting their meal. We sent both meals back and they returned at exactly the same temperature, except that the chips were now hot. We complained to the waitress and her reply was that she had seen the chips come out of the fryer. The two ladies at the next table also complained that their meal was not hot and they were given fresh chips. We then left as we felt that we were not going to receive a hot meal. We had both ordered fillet steak at a considerable but acceptable cost for a good quality meal, but not for food that was not hot. I have eaten there regularly since it opened but shall not do so again."

"Imagine, four adults and three kids (all under 10) rock up after winning 1800 tickets at the arcade and then then fancying some scran. The youngest and eldest were both hangry. Sad times. We gave Prezzo a bell and they said they’d take us in despite my dismal displays (I didn’t get over 100 even with the rails up for bowling). The geezer took us all in even though we had excitable adults and served us in no time. Thankfully, there was a Geordie geezer who we all understood and he was a legend. He humoured us and was patient. Funny ‘n’ all. Had a full on meal and we were pushing it to get our train. Of course, someone wanted pudding. The geordie legend sorted us out in seconds and got the lollies sorted. I’d have given a massive tip if I hadn’t have spent a small fortune trying to get a sloth from a claw machine"

"This restaurant is a decent option if you're in a pinch for somewhere to eat, but there are definitely nicer restaurants in the area. I ended up dining here after finding out that Wagamama had closed down. The food was decent and delivery was only £0.49 on Deliveroo. They are currently offering a Veganuary menu with a "pepperoni" pizza that resembles ground beef. The vegan wings were tasty but came with a sugar cane "bone" that was unnecessary. The lava fries were average and could be improved with more vegan cheese or some of the "pepperoni"."

"The waitress who took our order was great. The one who came to take our plates away didn't say anything, smile or make eye contact. I mentioned it to my husband and I think the original waitress overheard as she disappeared and shortly after, the second one came back with a smile and offered the dessert menu. We were the only customers in the restaurant. We couldn't believe it when the staff started to do a deep clean of the furniture, dragging chairs out etc. Surely this should be done when there are no customers? The food was excellent though."

"We arrived for our 6:30 reservation and waited at the door for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Our table was not ready and we were finally seated just before 7. Another 15 minutes passed before our drinks order was taken. The food being served to other tables looked delicious, but the service we experienced was very poor. We decided to leave and were thanked on our way out as if we had just finished our meal. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience. We ended up having a pleasant meal at Santinos by the seafront instead."

"I was provided with a gluten free menu and thought excellent, lot's of choice, however, they only list the obvious allergens such as gluten, sadly onions and onion powder are the devil so I wanted to know if the tomato sauce contained any, they didn't know and sais the manager would come over, i never saw the manager, i would suggest as the sauces come in a can they had no idea do just didn't bother coming back to me, i played it safe with a salad of which the lettuce was brown and looked way past its best. Service was incredibly slow which you don't want in your lunch break, all in all not a good experience and wouldn't go back"

"We recently hosted a 50th birthday celebration for over 30 guests at this Italian restaurant, which happens to be my husband's favorite. The staff were extremely organized and there were no errors with the meals. They did a great job preparing, cooking, and serving a 3-course meal for everyone. The food was delicious and arrived hot and fresh. The service was excellent and the staff were willing to accommodate any requests. We will definitely return to Gaetano's for special occasions in the future. The only regret we have is not taking any photos, but we highly recommend dining there yourself as you will not be disappointed. We are even considering booking a table for Christmas. Thank you to Carlo, his wife, and son for a wonderful experience. We will be back soon. As for parking, there is a car park near BBC Wiltshire Radio which is affordable after 6pm."

"Hi, We went there after a long walk in Glennifer Braes. We were all ready for our lunch. The Inn had been recommended as a place to have fiss. h finger burgers... all those who had it said it lived up to its reputation. The mushroom toastada was lovely and presented well. THe genral decor was themed around the highland cows... which made interesting talking point. I would recommend it as the staff were willing to go that slightly extra mile to accommodate dietry needs request. Definitely recommend it. "disappoint. while the service and the wine were good, there were two disappointing aspekte to eat. the calzone was very tasteless and the ham in the inner was incredibly thin and mostly fat that I had to cut off. the tiramisu seemed to have no alcohol in it and was very dirty. we took two friends with us who visited the united kingdom and who made the experience even more disappointing. would not come back even though a small tipp left as the personal was great."

"Birthday treat for my daughter , thought I would go local rather go in to busy Birmingham. I booked for 5 of us one being my 3 year old granddaughter, so it was all ladies. It was busy buzzing but plenty tables, we were seated right at the back of the restaurant by the toilets and a back door, literally away from from the rest of the others dinners. My daughter did ask if there was another table but told no. We waited a while and then I caught the attention of one of the staff, as I asked for the drinks menu and food menu, which she apologies for our wait. Shortly after the front of house came down and said oh is there only you, we said yes he replied i think i put you on the wrong table. REALLY!. You may not think this is relevant but when you are 4 women of colour, I felt like we had been segregated. And it looked like we had. Hence my disappointment. Such a shame Food was ok."
