"We visited this place on Saturday night, a mixed group of 6. We couldn't fault anything. We all selected different things from the menu, and all the dishes are delicious, plentiful and hot. We were told there number of items not available, but there is so much choice we easily found satisfactory substitutes. The pub itself is quite small, so would not be suitable for a large group. But we loved it. The atmosphere was great and the service was excellent. We will definitely go back."

Had an excellent roast beef dinner and the cherry bakewell and custard for pudding was delicious. We were served by a lovely young lady who was very attentive to our needs. Would recommend to anyone.

Had a lovely evening for my grandads 80th birthday on Saturday. The hospitality of the Warwickshire lad was second to none and the waiter who looked after us all night was fantastic! Fantastic food as always.

on Sunday afternoon without reservation they were so courteous with our three-year-old. there is not a certain child menu, but they do the half of them ask. the staff was nice and the food delicious. would be recommending

Really good choice of food, particularly for a lunchtime menu. We ordered 4 different mains. All freshly cooked. Well cooked and very tasty. Waiting staff very friendly and helpful. Relaxed atmosphere added to an enjoyable experience.

A friendly pub with good real ales. A pleasant if ordinary wine list and very good, reasonably priced, tasty, well presented foodstuffs from Chef Anton, owner. Service was cheerful if a little haphazard, but all was well in the end. Recommended.
