"After leaving Redmond's Bar in Duke St Glasgow, i intended to go for a Pizza, i had my young Puppy with me of 5 months' whom was outside. My Boyfriend then proceeded to bring my Pup in to ask me something due to the length...of wait. I was met with a very Rude and angry server, who immediately advised me dogs were not allowed even though she was lifted, this did not aggravate me although the attitude of the person Serving me. Her attitude stank and she wasnt slow to let me know. So from here i went on to wait 25 mins at least to await my Pizza, the order i made was The Greek', i got home to find out that it was a Pizza i can only describe as a Inferno Hot, i have never seen so many Chilli Peppers on a Pizza, after getting home i could have cried especially as i have a intolerance to Jalapeno Peppers. Management has now been notified."

"Placed an order for the money to be taken, when I phoned the store they had no order, offered no support said it wasn’t their problem and put the phone down on me three times! Ordered and paid yet again! For the order to be wrong when it arrived! cold and tasteless went in the bin will not be ordering from there again and would encourage anyone else to do the same. "Simply do not bother ordering from this PH branch. First incident: delivery was delayed by 30+ minutes. Rude staff on the phone when enquiring. 3 hours after our order arrived, a second copy of the exact same order was delivered to our house, which we rejected. Clearly nobody is running that branch with any common sense or management skill. We received a £10 gift voucher for our complaint which we used today. This brings us to incident 2: food was collected in good time but all dough on the pizzas and the sides was hardly cooked at all. Inedible. Absolute shambles of a food restaurant . Save yourselves the time, money and disappointment order from literally anywhere else. F joke."

"I am a Staff Nurse and I work with Farnham Road Mental Health Hospital, Guildford. I ordered pizza worth £43.22 that was not delivered but I received a text message that it had been when it was not. I consider this to be fraudulent and unacceptable. I work hard for my money; I was hungry and patronized your services but got disappointed. I had been warned by my colleagues not to patronise your company going by their experiences with your company. It was alleged that you take advantage of the mental health status of some of our patients, and you get them to part with their money without servicing them. This is uncalled for. "Went in here for first time and Rece who was serving was really friendly and welcoming. Nice menu selection. Wanted meat feast pizza but didn't want beef so he done half without and it was no problem to him at all.. Found it reasonably priced. We also had chicken poppers and they were really nice the pizza was really tasty and hot. We said definitely go there again. It's on stroud road just off Bristol Road you can park in big car park opposite or just walk from the Quays. It is also within walking distance from the park so can always grab a pizza and sit out there and relax."

"The food was, as always, good. However, I have a complaint about the delivery. I paid an extra £2.50 for it, and when the food arrived, the delivery driver called to say he was waiting in the car park. I don't think this is what you would call home delivery. If the driver isn't willing to do the job properly, maybe he should consider a different line of work!"

"NOT VEGETARIAN/VEGAN FRIENDLY. INCOMPETENT. WRONG PRODUCTS. Would review 0 stars if i could. I ordered the OG Vegan Bun from Chick 'n 'buns on deliveroo. What I received was real chicken. When I opened the burger, I immediately rang the restaurant to confirm it was infact vegan and was told 'yes it is vegan ' and to 'check the website for ingredients ' I then ate the burger which confirmed to me it was not vegan at all. I phoned back to complain and received an empty apology and an offer of another burger, which I declined as I do not trust them to provide the correct vegan item. I have not eaten meat for 15 years, this will make me incredibly unwell, I have already been physically sick multiple times and has caused a large emotional ordeal. This is incredibly incompetent."

"Absolutely terrible service. We ordered last night as a birthday treat for my son, after over an hour wait we called to ask if everything was okay to be told they hadn't received our order. We had the proof of purchase, the money had been taken from our account and we offered to send over, or even come down to the store, to show all this but we're told there was nothing they could do. They said we would have to contact customer service for a refund (taking working days to come in) and if we wanted our food we would need to reorder and pay again. So no solution for the issues, just give us more money We were only given an email address for requesting a refund, which we are told we will have to wait up to days for a response. So not only did my son and other children not get his birthday treat (and also had to have an emergency late dinner) we are also down the money for the order for up to working days while we wait for contact and a refund. We were repeatedly told there was nothing they could do as if we hadn't just paid for the order and they didn't have the ingredients right there to make the food which we had paid for I phoned again to ask if there was a contact number for customer service as I feel the whole experience was completely unacceptable and the very rude staff were quick to tell me that there was no number, there was nothing they could do and I would just have to wait the days This is not the first time we have had issues with delivery and service from Papa Johns, but the staff had always been great before and the pizza was good so we felt like we could justify going back, but it will definitely be the last issue we have with them as I would never order from them again. The customer service was (and continues to be) awful."

"Excellent. Everything about this place is so far above Domino's it is amazing. The pizza had toppings (anchovies, red chillies, spicy beef) that I could taste, for a start. The base was spot on and the sauce...Amarillo chilli...was fantastic. Now then, Cauliflower Wings. Probably the best things I've ever had from a pizza place. Then there's the Special Garlic Sauce. Blimey! I could have it on anything...chips, toast, sarnies, trifle, Smarties...and I'd order it in pint-form in a boozer. Excellent, including the delivery girl who was brilliant and helpful."

"The food was delicious, but the service was disappointing once we received our main courses. We were looking forward to dessert, but when someone finally approached us, we were told there wasn't a dessert menu and that they would return to inform us of the available options. Unfortunately, they never did. In the end, we had to go to the bar to pay our bill, as no one came to check on us. It was disappointing, especially since the food was so lovely!"
