"Me and my fiancé visited this bar on Saturday. When standing for over min at the bar I have noticed that the bar men was serving people who joined after me. When I moved a bit further down he then just looked at me..., no hi , no sorry for your wait , not even what can I get you! Ive ordered a mohito and pinacolada where then he said point blank I can’t do mohito but I can pinacolada. I was a bit confused but it was so loud I couldn’t be bothered to ask why not so ordered something else. After an hour or so my fiancée went to the bar and stood in the same place where I did, again completely ignored for min he said to the barman why is he serving people who got there after him? He said we don’t serve anyone who is standing at the side. Mind you when we go there the reason we stood there is because there were girls before us getting their drinks from him. When questioned why didn’t he a knowledge us but instead ignored us? He started to getting aggressively shouting. He was the most miserable, unfriendly person I have ever been served by and on top rude! I don’t know his name but he was pretty short, short light hair with a bold patch and foreign accent. I will be taking this matter further until someone tells me why is he allowed to treat your customers this way!"

"We had made a reservation at The Wilderness a while back, but unfortunately our plans were disrupted by COVID. Finally, we were able to visit for lunch on Saturday, and it was definitely worth the wait. We chose the ten-course tasting menu along with a couple of glasses of their 'hacked' wines. As soon as we sat down, we were greeted with a complimentary glass of Prosecco and water, and our meal began. The variety of dishes was outstanding; from crispy pig cheek with apricot gel, to steak tartare, turbot, and mackerel. Standout dishes included a delicious beetroot ice-cream with a rich ajoblanco, and a fantastic mushroom and 'bread pudding' that was like a gourmet version of mushrooms on toast. The service was excellent, each course was tasty, and the wines, especially the Chardonnay 2.0 and the Vermouth, were top-notch. While the meal was on the pricier side, the quality of the food, service, ambiance, and music made it all worthwhile."

"I took my mother to the Two Sisters restaurant for her birthday last Sunday. We were immediately greeted and informed about the brunch options (i.e. buffet versus brunch specials and other adjustments, such as turkey bacon instead of pork). I think this is a great place for a relaxed brunch and definitely for a mother-daughter date. We loved the food and the service. We drove to a Groupon and will definitely drive again without the Groupon. Worth it."

"Great place went there for a Sunday brunch with the kids and some friends. I usually don't expect much from a weatherspoon but I was surprised in a good way. Friendly staff , they were welcoming and got us highchairs for the children. The place wasn't overly busy but I can imagine it's packed during the week We ordered 2 kids Sunday roast it came with chicken, peas, roast potatoes, carrots and gravy. Plus a drink and fruit bowl. "I tried the deli for the first time and decided to order the big breakfast because I was feeling a bit hungry. I was pleasantly surprised by the portion size, it could have easily fed a larger appetite. I will definitely be returning for more. It was a great experience."

"Great setting, particularly on the mezzanine floor by the massive windows! Food was excellent, and service was good. All in all, outstanding value. The only downside is music that is WAY too loud, so much so that it’s difficult to hold a conversation. It’s more like eating in a nightclub than a restaurant."

"RACIST staff. I asked if there were any promotions prior to ordering. No promotions after 12am . OK fine, no problem. I then proceeded to order a calzone whereby I can chose any four toppings. When I asked the staff to explain the toppings I got asked have you never been to a pizza shop before Ofcourse I have but I haven 't physically seen the toppings so I would like a little guidance please I responded. Then the main guy taking the orders said something along the lines of are you not British/ you don 't know how to speak English I immediately thought to myself. I 'm being victimised because I wanted to know what the toppings were. It wasn 't even that busy. I took my business down the road to speedy pepper No racism there)."

"This takeaway is not worth any stars at all. When placing the order I was given a delivery time for an hour after ordering, At I phoned the shop to be told they were very busy and the rain was causing problems. I was assured our food would be with us in ten minutes. Half an hour later I phoned again and complained that our delivery was now an hour late. I was given the same excuse. They really couldn’t care less. At we finally got our food. Lukewarm and really not worth the wait. I would not recommend this takeaway even if it was the last one open. No customer service at all."

"First of all, my meal (the chicken and chestnut mushroom pie) was TO DIE FOR. It was flavorful, flaky, and cooked perfectly! And the sauce was delicious. The atmosphere definitely makes the place worth trying. It’s almost like a modern indoor garden. However, for the negatives: My husband got one of the steaks which had an amazing bearnaise sauce but the meat itself was way over cooked. But the main reason for the low rating is because of the service. Our server was a young male with a heavy accent and the most quiet voice. We had to keep asking him to repeat himself because he refused to speak up. He literally whispered. When we asked him for recommendations, he shrugged and said “I don’t know.” He did this with food and drinks. Very helpful. Not. He forgot our waters until we reminded him. He never checked on us after we got our food so we had to grab someone else to get us condiments and to order drinks. And somehow everything I tried to order, they somehow ran out of. Lastly, I had to grab another server to get our check so we could get the heck out of there. I would come here simply for the chicken pie but I would probably order it to go because it sucked to have a server who didn’t know what he was doing."

"Nice exterior. Big space inside. Be warned however: this is Gosford St and the food matches. Asked for a chicken shawarma wrap, sadly it was an absolute disaster. £6.50 for a meal which took about 15 minutes to come. The chicken wasnt shawarma chicken, it was literal asian curry chicken that you should have with rice, and it tasted bland and soggy at that. The wrap was very big however. The chips were decent. The guy serving looked miserable. I left after 3 bites of the wrap. This place isnt for real food, it 's for post-saturday-night-out dirty kebabs only. Pepes across the road is similarly priced and the chicken is decent."

"Ordered pizza fish and chips and a couple of supers, delivered quickly a thought great, th3 pizza must have been knocked over the toppings were stuck to the side of the box, chips were stuck together like mush the fish tasted like a frozen one, a will never order from here again. "Really nice decoration and food and staff were first class. A second night when I discovered that they also take flavor card. The food was served quickly and very nicely. "We happened upon this little shop whilst perusing Harrogate and brought a selection of Cheeses to take to family that evening. The two ladies working were fantastic in helping us choose a lovely Brie with Truffle, Smoked Cheddar and a strong Blue. With a little taster of each we were soon agreed and the three cheeses were nicely wrapped up in paper.Our hosts loved them that evening and being local themselves have plans to pop in and see the array on offer for themselves."

"First off, going to the premises to collect my meal was promising, you can see the food being cooked, so that tells me they have nothing to hide and I was confident with the cleanliness of what I could see. The employees were polite with a friendly face and there were comfortable sofas to sit and wait on. The meal itself was absolutely beautiful. My favourite item was the veg samosas, definitely the best I’ve ever had. The popodums were melt in your mouth. I ordered a little side curry because I prefer to eat my curry with naan and popodums dipped in it/ scooped on top of the piece of naan/popodum rather than the usual rice and dump the sauce on it. I did have a rice as well though, don’t see many places offer garlic rice so I decided to try- again, flawless. I definitely recommend and will be back."
