"Expecting better to be honest, not bad the food, but prices are high when you look into the quality of it. Don't think is a proper Italian if they don't offer an more variated italian delis."

"This location is split into two areas - a bar and a restaurant. The bar can get a bit loud, especially on a Friday night, so we decided to dine in the restaurant. We found it to be a charming spot with friendly staff, tasty meals, and affordable prices. If we find ourselves back in Scotland, my fiancé and I will definitely return here. Highly recommend checking it out."

"I was entertaining a friend for lunch, and the Bond Street Kitchen was the perfect setting. It is very attractive, the tables are well spaced with starched white cloths, and the padded chairs are ultra comfortable. The menu is very good and wide ranging, and the small plates are a very good idea for a light lunch. This was a very enjoyable experience, and I have already made another reservation."

"Won’t be back in a hurry… we waited 45 minutes for our first drinks order even though other larger tables around us ordered after and received theirs long before ours. The appetisers and starters were dumped on our table without explanation of which sauces went with what and the closh from one starter was left on the plate with no room to discard. The side dish (simple steamed broccoli) was delayed on a considerably overcooked fish main (turbot) and was delivered 20 mins later, only after the dish was almost finished. To add to this, when we enquired about a fish fork for the ‘on the bone’ turbot, the waiter did not know what one was… after asking around it appears as though ‘the Ivy’ don’t even have them. Some of the food was delicious (especially the venison tartare and the Keralan duck curry) so it wasn’t without merit, but the terrible service means we’ll be going elsewhere unless things change. Unfortunately, looking at other tables around us the same feeling may be commonplace…"

"Warm welcome at the door to a bright and trim restaurant that has a natural ambience of busy but personal. From the moment of sitting you are made to feel like you 're the only table that matters, this was a nice touch. Of the 4 of us, 3 were drinking alcohol, we simply asked for the House White which was fit for purpose. I 'd heard the starters were quite large so we opted for 3 of the 'Nibbles ' options, these were only plenty big enough to suit us. Do try the deep fried rice balls, they are lovely. We had mains of Pizza, Spaghetti frutti di mare, Fillet Steak and Pollo Funghi. Steak was ordered Rare, it arrived, Rare. As the most expensive dish, this was the most important. They were keen to check it was OK very soon after first cut. The ongoing service was excellent, attentive and polite. Conversation was made but not in an intrusive way and we were never interrupted if in conversation with each other. That is the sign of a good host. Everything was clean, and heavy cloth napkins are a very nice touch. Water is already on the table and refilled without asking. I was not drinking alcohol, so had the Bud Blue zero. I 'd have maybe liked one or two more options on that particular point but it certainly didn 't spoli anything. We sat for nearly 2 hours, taking it at our pace and the bill for 4 adults was £162. We feel that was very reasonable as the food was fresh and of superb quality. The sauce for the Chicken was divine, with mushroom that actually had a stronger taste. We opted for the Peppercorn sauce with the Steak which was also fantasic. The Potato and Veg sides served with the main were plentful and hot. We will be going back."

"We pre booked our table 2 weeks in advanced. On arrival 1 hour before our booking we had an email to say our reservation had been cancelled. I rang through to the Plaza reception who transferred me to the Atrio restaurant, they apologised and said the table was still available. We arrived with myself and my 3 daughters to a sofa and very low table and two cosy sofa chairs. not really appropriate for dinner), we ordered our meal drinks, the was busy with people who seem to be stood around us. My Daughter ordered the pizza from the main menu. When she started to eat the pizza, a piece of chicken was sat underneath a slice!! We called over the waitress who kindly apologised and we had to sit and wait for another pizza. By this time my other two daughters had finished their meal. To which they only being 7 9 yrs old had to sit on the floor. Even though the service charge was waived. It was still an unpleasant experience with finding a piece of chicken underneath the margarita pizza and reserving a dinner table for 4 on advance only to be taken to a casual sofa. When there were other people sat on laptops not eating on actual tables. The service was very slow but only 2 staff on duty plus a manager. Who didn’t even come over personally to apologise. Other than that the Park county plaza hotel was lovely ."

"frightening customer service. rude and indifferentes personal. does not believe that we are booking for afternoon as “we do not take bookings in a weekend”. they gave us a table. tee arrived and the brioche so advertised was missing and the scones were rock hard. When I drew attention to it, I got “so you waited 10 minutes to tell me about the scenes”. there was also a language barrier, or at least it was like they didn't understand what we were trying to tell them. I never had such a terrible experience as this. Avoid this place as the plague. I wish I would be on trip advisor. the reviews for this place are not good."

"I have used thefork postings for afternoon tea for many occasions, this time I also booked (caffe concerto) intention was for afternoon tea. However, when we went to the restaurant, they said that the ones we booked the place was 3 minutes further on the road, not this. when we arrived at the right place, I show them the bookings on my phone, they said oh his only normal booking, nothing special. on the menu on the afternoon tee section, there was no price range from what thefork had advertised, so we decided to go for the stock pasta selection instead. the whole idea of going there was looking forward to the afternoon tee. that has disappointed us. the pasta was in order, then we wanted to try the chocolate meal, that was most disappointed, the chocolate sauce was on the outside, instead of being in the middle, the sponge was a bit gummy. all in all we spent almost 90 pounds for a lunch. I'm sure I could eat better and get a better one if we had it in harrods. Yes, everything we felt was disappointed. only the girl served us was amazing."

"I booked a table for (arrived at and was not seated until My girlfriend and I ended up standing in the middle of the restaurant waiting, which was pretty disappointing. The place was packed with tables right next to each other, there...was no form of social distancing. I understand this is a difficult time for restaurants and hospitality, but health and safety should take precedence. I thought the food was tremendous and I have no issue with that, I was just very disappointed with the service. I like this restaurant and the interior was beautifully decorated but I hope the restaurant improves its service and complies with COVID guidelines. In future NOT ALL tables should be full, they should be distanced. Perhaps if customer’s tables are not ready, you should offer them a drink or acknowledge the fact that they are standing in the middle of the restaurant waiting. I have worked in hospitality for years and customer service is incredibly important, I hope that the owners make a note of this and make the necessary changes, as I would love to see Olive Garden succeed."

"eating was average, casual afternoon tee but service was pretty good, friendly and looked us well. we asked them to fill the hot water several times in teapots, but they weren't hesitant to do (really, many waiters/waxes are when I ask or even they often (I mean exactly right timings! asked us if everything was in order to rush it very quickly, changed tee leaves as well as if this price class. I was at almost all high-end afternoon places in london, not only once, at least a few times in every hotel, sometimes (minor? I have to wait long to just order / ask and get even longer what I want especially to popular luxury places. and some of them are pushing us to have tables with bills before we ask if we usually pay more than twice than here. To be honest, the atmosphere was very casual, but really quiet and comfortable to talk to my friend what I liked. not this elegant or high-end style afternoon tea, but as a casual one-time place with close or female friends with tea and cake for long time to chat comfortably, this place would be very nice!"

"No record of booking on turning up, therefore no allergy on record. Staff inattentive and largely absent. We were shoved in a corner next to a wall. Forgot my half of the drink order; I asked for coffee and they brought out a cafetiere with just water in it. Food came out well into booking time, items removed (not substituted) because of my allergy even though I flagged it on my booking. Toni was great in checking in after and boxed up what we felt we couldn't eat because we had run out of time. Wasn't sure what to expect price wise because it's not clear on the website but have had much better teas for that cost. It's a shame because we hadn't been before. Is the missed booking because you take from multiple booking sources? A bit disappointing, we probably won't do it again."

"Went on The Fork 50% Summer offer, total worth it. We had Grilled Tiger Prawns brown butter, preserved lemon, confit garlic, grilled Sally Clarke focaccia, delicious we did order extra bread for the yummy butter and we shared the Tuna Tartare soy dressing, blood orange, avocado, crispy wontons, coriander, jalapeños also wonderful I could have eaten it again. We both ordered Rib Eye Steak 8oz chargrilled gem lettuce, ranch dressing, crispy onions, rosemary sea salt fries with a Heritage Tomato Salad. We both said the steak was slightly over cooked but the taste was stunning and we didn’t have time to wait for another one. Sauces didn’t arrive with the steak and was forgotten off the order, they did arrive quite quickly but weren’t the best Peppercorn or Chimichurri not sure if it was because it was a rush. Overall and for the offer it was great, we would try it again."

"Three course set menu, £58.95 per person, does not include sides at £5.50 each. If you want salmon as a starter, it’s a £4.50 supplement; steak is an £15.00 supplement. Our bill for food (only) £117.90+£11.00+£4.50+£15.00=£148.40. Food was excellent. Wine was reasonably priced at under £40.00. Cocktail Kir Royale un chilled, no trimmings such as raspberries really basic cost a draw dropping £14.95. Waitress initially gave our drinks order to wrong table! Coffee was very strong I asked if I could pour it in a larger cup and have more hot milk and water, Americano as ordered, but I was told I couldn’t have a larger cup as they didn’t have any. However, I was offered it to be made weaker for me. At nearly £4.00 per small cup, I declined. Total bill for two people £272.00 tax and service. Overall, this restaurant is pricey, yet it’s amazing food. I think the set menu is a little deceiving as the sides and steak (easily enough for two) are extra as I mentioned. I was very disappointed with my Kir Royale as I have previously had this cocktail more appealingly presented in upmarket London restaurants. We would visit this restaurant again minute cocktails and coffee."

"This is the best Italian restaurant I have visited in Britain. The food was incredibly delicious, hot, and served in generous portions. We couldn't have been more pleased. Anna, our friendly and helpful server, was a breath of fresh air and very efficient. I highly recommend this place for its delicious food, excellent service, cozy atmosphere, and beautifully decorated, clean surroundings. It would also be lovely to dine in the garden on a sunny day. We only wish we lived closer so we could visit more frequently - we made a reservation within 15 minutes of arriving!"

"Popped in because Mum wanted coffee in the sunshine and ended up staying for dinner. The pub is light and airy, with good selections of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The menu is varied with a mix of classics and more modern dishes, beautifully prepared and presented by a friendly and helpful staff. The garden is marvelous with a long stretch of lawn amid tall trees, and a small play area with a climbing frame. I would most heartily recommend it, and intend to return many times in the future."

"At 7:15PM, the upstairs restaurant was completely empty except for us. No one else arrived until we were finishing our meal, and that, too, was just one table. I ordered the artichoke appetizer, which turned out to actually just be poorly-marinated artichoke and iceberg lettuce, and the halibut, which was acceptable, and some reasonably edible grilled vegetables. My husband ordered a pasta dish, and observed that it was similar to army dinners, and commented that he’d’ve been better off with a box of spaghetti and jar of sauce from the grocery store. Also, the appetizer was brought out at the same time as the main courses, crowding the small table, which was already crowded with assorted superfluous drinking glasses. The wrong wine was brought... like, very wrong. Merlot instead of a white Burgundy. I’m not sure that our server could have handled more than one table at a time, but that’s ok because, apparently, that’s all they book. The space itself is pretty. Everyone is polite. We won’t be back."

"I usually go here during lunch time, as it's close to my office and the service is quick. It's also a good place to take colleagues who are onsite in London. This Caffe Concerto is busy everyday but not as much as the other CC which is just 5 minutes away, towards Green Park station. This one also accepts the tastecard (50% off on the bill) while the other doesn't. I love the Penne Concerto which can get little heavy but is actually served in about right portion for one person. Order a glass of their house wine and your meal is complete. Caffe Concerto is known for their delicious pastries, so skipping one is not really a good decision. Try strawberry cheese cake or the strawberry tart. You'll not regret it. It's a reasonably priced place, and if you have a tastecard then it's a great value for your money."
