"I have used thefork postings for afternoon tea for many occasions, this time I also booked (caffe concerto) intention was for afternoon tea. However, when we went to the restaurant, they said that the ones we booked the place was 3 minutes further on the road, not this. when we arrived at the right place, I show them the bookings on my phone, they said oh his only normal booking, nothing special. on the menu on the afternoon tee section, there was no price range from what thefork had advertised, so we decided to go for the stock pasta selection instead. the whole idea of going there was looking forward to the afternoon tee. that has disappointed us. the pasta was in order, then we wanted to try the chocolate meal, that was most disappointed, the chocolate sauce was on the outside, instead of being in the middle, the sponge was a bit gummy. all in all we spent almost 90 pounds for a lunch. I'm sure I could eat better and get a better one if we had it in harrods. Yes, everything we felt was disappointed. only the girl served us was amazing."

Didn't have a good experience here, maybe it because i didnt look like a rich Arab, but service was horrific. I left half way through and went and ate at The Mantl just a walk down the road, whete yhe food and service was fantastic

wayyy overpriced. charged 30 pounds for a fairly average and small part of the afternoon tee, and completely forget to bring me my drink. not to mention that the website said it costs £18... but they have calculated £30! absolutely ridiculous!

It wasn’t a busy time and trying to get any staff attention took ages. Waited for over 15mins to try and get an attention of staff and had to wave a few times to get any staff attention. And they charged service charge to the bill without taking that in consideration.

Would not recommend. The host at Caffe Concerto was quite rude. She dismissed our booking, when we came in to ask for the correct Cafe Concerto, as there are two in Knightbridge and we weren't sure which one was the one with our booking. She rushed us to a table, eventhough our booking didn't start for another hour. We were seated next the entrance with the door wide open on an extremely cold day. When asked if we could move to a different table, the host pointed to a secluded table to the very back next to the till, despite more than half of the tables being free across the cafe.
