"Hello. I typically do not like to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this restaurant. I used to frequent this establishment once or twice a week, but after today, I will not be returning. I went with friends and some of the wings we ordered tasted terrible, as if they were undercooked. When we approached the staff about it, they laughed and made light of the situation. I tried to explain that we were only providing feedback as valued customers, but the employee was rude and unprofessional. While I know this restaurant is known for their wings, the service we received today was completely unacceptable."

"Hi guys, this place isn't too bad, there must be something good, as it was busy when visiting, and my friend did all the ordering, I still do not know what the name of the dish that I had but I'll share a picture of it, but anyway, had the so-called Mexican samosas, nice and crunchy served with a medium sauce, the mains were a piece of chicken breast fried drowning in a gravy kinda sauce, the chicken was tender, not tried the rest of the menu, my dish was OK but not WOW or something entirely different."

"We ordered takeout for New Year's Eve, which also happened to be my husband's 65th birthday. I must say that we have had many delicious takeout meals from this restaurant throughout the past year. However, unfortunately, this time was a huge disappointment. The onion bhajis were decent, but not as tasty as usual. The mushroom rice was okay, but the chicken tikka korma was absolutely inedible. The sauce was watery and tasted only of milk, with chicken that did not seem to be tikka. The lamb madras was also inedible, with very fatty meat and an overpowering cumin flavor in the sauce. The roti bread was raw in the middle. Everything was cold and took 45 minutes to heat up in the oven. We only took a few bites of each dish because they were so bad. Please improve the quality of your food, Viceroy, especially on special occasions like this. We will be looking for another restaurant for our next takeout order."

"we called this business to place an order for pizzas when we celebrated a birthday. the first call processor took mine or and we agreed the delivery. I then asked to pay with my card to covid precautions and best...practicing the gentleman told his colleague that this customer would like to pay with the card, then there was a bizarre change and argue that followed, all I heard was to tell him to pay cash and the phone line went down. I called back to make my payment and another angry man replied to the call, I said I am only for mine or to pay and he answered with wut and terrible attitude say I am too busy to take their payment on the phone with card I informed the crazy that I am not my order. there is no word and clearly no business at all. what an experience! unnecessary to say, will not call again this business and if this is their hire to customer service, covid compliance and general art and wise good knows how their products are!"

"The first time I visited this restaurant, I was a bit unsure, but the staff were courteous and professional. They even took the time to share some insights about their cooking techniques. With their help, I decided to try the mango and kale burrito. It was extremely spicy, but I will have to try it again next time. On this visit, I preferred to focus on flavors rather than heat, so I chose peri peri fries and Pepsi Max. I have never done this before, but I finished my fries first and they were unbelievably delicious. The burrito was also packed with flavor, and I enjoyed the combination of tastes. It was a bit spicy, but I managed to balance it out with garlic mayo. The staff encouraged me to try as many sauces as I wanted, and they made me feel like anything was possible. I ate quickly but also enjoyed my meal in the restaurant. I will definitely bring my father and daughter along on my next visit. I look forward to trying the zimt waffel dessert. Thank you for cooking the chicken perfectly."

"The service at this restaurant is top-notch and the food is excellent. It's clear that the management is supportive and the discounts offered are worth it. We received a 50% discount on a £60 meal. The restaurant has ample parking and plenty of seating on both the ground and top floors. The food was delicious and served quickly. The only downside is that due to the restaurant's busy nature, the tables are not always spotless. However, the staff are quick to clean them upon request."

"Absolutely shocking. Chicken I understand is grilled but no excuse for it tasting like rubber. I can take very high spices but I asked for the lowest spice of hot and it was extremely hot and tasted sour. Ordered a large chicken and rice and it was tiny. Get a bigger portion getting a small bag of chips from a chippy than you do there for chicken and rice. Paid nearly for mozzarella sticks anywhere else would give you a good amount but this place was cheeky by only giving (hint to owners people love cheese). I regret not going somewhere else or cooking dinner at home. None of the food we could stand and had to chuck it in the bin, waste of money. Ordered plain chicken but yet was covered in spices. There's no excuse you can give to defend this. Happily will live my life in bliss knowing I'll never go back"

"More than a year ago, I was impressed by the delivery and its delicious piri piri rice and chicken. So I decided to visit the restaurant next to my house for a quick meal. It was one of the most terrible culinary experiences of my life. The restaurant, which is exactly 3 meters by 4, is less clean than Napoli Centrale station in Piazza Garibaldi. With a staff of 4/5 members and a customer flow of 2 people per hour, it is unacceptable. The meat was disgusting, and as I read in other reviews, the ingredients were anything but top quality. We are in England, we are not talking about culinary experts, but I have to say that compared to Pepe's Piri Piri in Oxford, McDonald's is a luxury restaurant."

"If you like Sugar and salt this is the place for you. Tried a few dishes, all cream sauces taste the same and loaded with sugar. Pakora loaded with salt. Shame this place has declined, their curry sauce used to be the best years ago under the hotel, now everything is loaded with sugar and salt. Hope this place gets its self back to the good old days. Also they own the carry out at Hardgate cross besotted McHughs Estate agents, there are much better places like Rajani in Bearsden who deliver and don’t do re-heats even with the starters. They also don’t use colouring and their prawns are much larger. Hope the Bombay sort themselves out and get back to the good old days and cut back on colouring and additive’s and sugar salt. Fresh and no more reheats will get you back to the best in Clydebank. Please do it !!"

"The food is always served quickly and freshly prepared, with friendly service. There were a few times when we had to sit at dirty tables, but the employees promptly cleaned them when asked. However, it would be better if it was done more promptly as the tables are quite small. Despite this, we will still return for some delicious fast food."
