great customer service and eating came hot and tasty. pepea has a delicious huh. I've been eating out of this industry for years and chickening is the top notch article. Amazing

The chicken had a terrible odor, the fries were soggy, and the lettuce was wilted. The staff was disrespectful. As we were leaving, we spotted a small rat scurrying out of the kitchen. This place should be shut down.

Ordered food half my order missing I told the driver he said it’s not his problem and phone the restaurant I did and was told they would deliver it straight away they gave me the drink but left out 8x wings 2x fries and onion rings they said sorry and would put it on my next order omg what a gang of idiots View menu

I ordered a Lamb Burger meal and got something inedible. The lettuce was brown and disgusting with hardly any other salad. The bit of tomato still had the green stalk on it.The two bits of lamb patties were hard as leather and very very thin. Have enjoyed Pepe’s but any never going again as their service had gone downhill

WORST PEPES I HAVE EVER BEEN . We have eating Pepe’s since 2015 and the staff was telling us they know how to cook we ordered full chicken , chicken rice, chicken wings and chicken wrap all lemon and herb barely any sauce on the chicken or rice wings had £45 wasted thrown food in the bin. EVERYTHING WAS BLEND LIKE CHICKEN WAS BOILED AND THROWN TO THE GRILL IT WAS NASTY

The worst in Oxford!!!…how can they cut wings into half then sell as individual??? Please see pic below as I had to go order wi g from Nando’s… the portions were very small and it costed me £18.99 while Nando’s chicken wings were £14.75… Pepe’s are ripping customers off and should be ashamed!!!! Very poor customer service…. Poor quality food Ordered on Uber eats with special instructions for food due to dietary requirements and allergies all food came ignoring all instructions sent rang Pepes and spoke to Ali he had awful customer service and insisted that mayo was not a sauce and insisted I rang Uber for a refund as he was to busy and the drivers were not able to resend food out I would not eat from this place again after the experience I have had they do not take allergies seriously and do not realise the consequences that this can have for individuals food looked awful and was thrown in bin.

Ordered food from here and not the full order arrived, annoyingly it was my son's childrens meal. When we called them the customer service was poor insinuating that we were lying and saying they would just add the missing food onto our next order. We said we wouldn't be ordering again as it was our sons dinner but they kept repeating and saying on the next order. They then put a manager on the phone who initally treated us the same way but then agreed to send the missing food. We then had a buzz on the buzzer (live in flats) and my partner answered and said come up Im buzzing you in. We heard nothing after that, the driver had left the food outside in the cold of a block of flats.

More than a year ago, I was impressed by the delivery and its delicious piri piri rice and chicken. So I decided to visit the restaurant next to my house for a quick meal. It was one of the most terrible culinary experiences of my life. The restaurant, which is exactly 3 meters by 4, is less clean than Napoli Centrale station in Piazza Garibaldi. With a staff of 4/5 members and a customer flow of 2 people per hour, it is unacceptable. The meat was disgusting, and as I read in other reviews, the ingredients were anything but top quality. We are in England, we are not talking about culinary experts, but I have to say that compared to Pepe's Piri Piri in Oxford, McDonald's is a luxury restauran... View menu
