"While the vegan options were a bit limited, the food at this restaurant was quite delicious. I started with the beetroot and pumpkin seed arancini, which were flavorful and tender. The vegetable penang curry and the apple and blackberry crumble with custard were also excellent choices. The service was a bit inconsistent and disorganized, but the kitchen staff clearly knows what they're doing."

"Just got home from having Sunday lunch here. Three out of the four of us had traditional roasts served with side vegetables and extra gravy and the other the pork escalope. For dessert a sorbet, a crème brulee and a chocolate marble moose cake. The food was all absolutely excellent although I should say the moose cake is only for those with a very sweet tooth. The venue is a lovely old timbered building with good décor and is just a nice place to be. And to complete the pleasure of the whole experience our server, Caitlin, was helpful and patient (we had a very elderly friend in our group) and very kindly sorted something out so that although we seriously overran our agreed time slot we didn't have to move. Definitely will go again on our next visit to Stratford"

"Ordered Red Hot Fried Chicken for 14GBP. It was described as Southern Fried Chicken with American cheese and streaky bacon, I expected a plate of beautiful spicy crunchy fried chicken. I got was the a single tint soggy patty served as a burger. . Smoked streaky bacon? Nope. Spice, nope. The bread was so dry, that any moisture from the oily surface had been sucked into the dry void faster than the hadron collider can split an atom. the waitress came, asked me if it was ok and I said, no it was not very good she was ‘to have a word with the chef’. To my astonishment when I went to order another pint (given my mouth was not drier than it would be after a cream cracker challenge that that would be on the house. Nope. Nearly 8GBp for a the pint. I would be surprised if the ingredients cost more than 1.50. And these poor quality ingredients were presented with about as much skill as Sam Fox and Mick Fleetwood presenting the Brits."

"The breakfast at this restaurant is fantastic! It's a great place to relax with friendly staff. The owners have done a great job, and it's a wonderful representation of the Iranian community."

"Without a doubt, this is the best Kebab place in Brighton! Our go-to dish is the House Special Kebab, which is perfect for sharing with a family. It comes with tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, pita bread, sauce, and salad. It's never greasy and always juicy! The staff is extremely friendly, especially Jan, who goes out of his way to remember the regular customers, giving the restaurant a classy touch. Ordering delivery through their website is quick, and the food is consistently delicious."

"Visited for a tea time takeaway, yesterday. First fish and chips since March and lockdown. Good proper reasonably sized portion of chip shop chips. Nice batter on the just cooked haddock. The fish was nice and white, but could have been a bit bigger. Perfect...mushy peas but the size of the portion was minute. It wasn't a complicated order but the assistant struggled to get the right fish with the right portion of chips. With a bit of proper management this place could be a real find."

"From the outside this place looks very quaint and inviting but Don't be fooled !We decided to have the home made soup which was lentil and the toasted sandwich. The menu offered cheese OR ham toastie but you could not have both without paying extra .My partner ordered the ham one and I asked for tuna mayonnaise as they offered this filling in a bread roll but not on a toastie.I was promptly told that this was not an option so I could only have the cheese or ham on a toastie .Oh how I wish we had got up and left at that point ! When the soup arrived it was awful .The lentils were hard and it was very salty.I think I found one piece of carrot which seemed to be the only vegetable in the bowl. When the toastie arrived it was just one slice of cheap ham between two slices of bread which had only one side toasted. It was not toasted in a toastie machine.A very small handful of supermarket bag salad that was limp to say the least (it was not freshly made )completed the so called lunch. The waitress was very cold indeed and I am sorry to say that this is the worst place we have had lunch in a very long time .My partner was really annoyed as he was looking forward to a nice lunch and it was awful.I also heard another foreign gentleman question the menu stating that it was not clear what he was paying for .Take our advice and avoid We will never return here !"

"I have heard good things about bills to be one of the better chains, so paulo and I had dinner at their restaurant in cambridge. his location on the pretty green street has a very inviting outer. the interieur is cozy with a rustic feeling, but there is a certain concrete on the image. the decoration is a juxtaposition of loaded wood and sparkling chandeliers, with a filling of bills products that crown regale and boards with recipes and products. it was sensory overload and I could not help to buy the feeling that the barrage of informations was a non-so-subtle note to buy, buy. I get it, bills, but I don't need to buy the constant memories of the brand. Service...read more"

"Excellent food!! Came here my first day in London and definitely want to go back. Got the “Roman artichokes” which came with crispy herb polenta, aioli, soft herbs, radish and broad beans. So so good. The polenta was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. (However don’t be fooled since I think it was plain polenta not herb polenta Loved the aioli that went with it I could eat just that and the polenta on its own!! Didn’t like the herbs so much but that’s more of a personal taste. One of the summer specials was the “Baja banana blossom tacos” with tempura nori batter, blue corn tortillas, mango salsa, pineapple ketchup. Loved this as well. I was definitely wowed by tempura banana blossoms, although could have done with a little less tempura batter. The pineapple ketchup was sooooo good too and really balanced the heat from the salsa. For dessert I got the caramel cheesecake with blackberry coulis and salted caramel popcorn. I’m still dreaming about this! The cheesecake was so creamy and smooth. Wasn’t too sweet either."

"Me and my girlfriend have been coming here for nearly a year and the food is always perfection. Joe and Jesse are incredibly attentive and are the nicest couple we've met. Regardless of if you're a regular like us or a first timer, you'll feel very welcomed and you won't regret going elsewhere for a bite to eat. The wrappers delight is our go-to and it's simply amazing! Their other wraps are also delicious and their sweet treats are incredible (especially the biscoff rocky road). Theres something for everyone and that includes vegetarians, vegans and even those on a keto diet. We often stay for at least an hour after we've eaten just to catch up with Joe and Jesse as they treat their customers like a giant family and we always look forward to coming back, especially to see Jackson, the most adorable and friendly pug you'll ever meet!"

"Food was good, but expensive. 23 quid for a beef roast. The service was a great way. Arrived had booked my table for 17:30 to be told by a busy waitress that the kitchen was closed. She said she'd check and come back and said she could take us. She couldn't really find where to sit. Finally, the only seat was in an over illuminated area with tired decor. She came and sprayed the table with disinfectant. We had to ask if we were served at the table or at the bar, and in the end we had to ask if we paid at the bar or if they would bring the bill to the table. We didn't offer a desert menu. Generally not very attentive service and had the feeling that they want it down and not especially that we are there."

"Don 't take kids here! Such poor value. Adult sandwiches £8.50 including salad, crisps and Coleslaw. Kids menu £5.50 for sandwiches billed as under 12 's . My children aged 5 and 3 received 1 sandwich and a small handful of crisps each i.e 1 round of bread each . If a business is going to offer a kids menu and no extras drink or ice cream then, come on, I 'd expect at least 2 rounds of bread OR the pricing to be cheaper. As it was, it cost £11 and both children were still hungry, with one asking 'where is the rest? ' And the other saying, 'I want more. ' This portion didn 't fill a toddler let alone a 10 or 11 year old and even looked ridiculous on a medium sized tea plate. Our food was lovely but when you feel ripped off with the kids menu,it spoils the experience and puts you off spending more money on cakes. It 's a nice cafe, and I imagine popular with other families mums and kids but the kids menu pricing value needs a rethink. Worth no more than £3.00 £3.50 or something to add to £5.50. Understand that food prices have gone up but customers still want value and not to feel taken advantage of."

"I booked a table here about 2 weeks in advance, when we arrived we were shown to our table straight away. The kids were given a menu and activity pack and the adult menu we had to look at on our phones using a QR code. The food and drinks arrived promptly and was well presented. It all tasted really good and we all finished everything. Whilst there is a really good choice for Mains there are only 2 desserts so I didn't have one but the kids enjoyed their ice cream sundaes which were huge for the price. The restaurant was lovely with great music and the usual outfits of the rich and famous on the walls. The toilets were big, plenty of room and clean. I definitely recommend, make sure to book ahead as it was busy."

"Following recommendation was really looking forward to this Mexican street food. Ordered 4 main meals and some chips. They were running a bit late so we had a 10 minute wait but that was ok. We only live 3 minutes away. On unwrapping the meals the vegetarian one was not included and instead 2 breakfast burritos. The chicken burger and the beef burrito were both really cold despite the tin foil. As we live so close we returned the meals and the chef said he would cook us new meals. 20 minutes later we did get a correct order but the food was still only tepid and could have been the original slightly warmed and rewrapped from the look of the foil. Taste was ok but nothing special and not worth £45 Really hope others have a better experience but I won’t be rushing back anytime soon. Still think this is a really good addition to Harleston and could be fantastic but sadly missed the mark tonight."

"my friends' recommendation as we entered the restaurant. The ambiance was vibrant and welcoming, with a Mediterranean flair that added to the overall experience. The menu offered a variety of fresh and healthy options, and I was excited to try them. The food did not disappoint - every dish was bursting with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. I left feeling satisfied and eager to return to try more of their delicious offerings. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fresh and flavorful Mediterranean cuisine."

"I was initially considering the 3-star option, but people have been praising the burger at this restaurant. Honestly, it's just a chain restaurant specializing in burgers."
