The man at the restaurant Howard when asked if they would be stopping other deliveries requests from Just East being made said it was not their problem if other people did not get their ordered food too. "The Lebanese food at Palmyra is decent but not outstanding. The service had a rough start with a mix-up over water, but improved as the meal went on. We all opted for set menu 2, and while the starters were just okay, the hummus and bread stood out. Despite a limited availability of prawns, the main courses were surprisingly delicious. The prawns were juicy and the lamb was tender and flavorful. Dessert was also a hit with almond and Baileys ice cream and complimentary baklava. Overall, Palmyra is a solid neighborhood restaurant that is convenient for visitors to Kew Gardens and reasonably priced. We paid less than £30 each and left satisfied. Recommended for a decent meal out."

"I recently had dinner at this restaurant and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The price per person was over £100 but it was well worth it. The food was exceptional, I would rate it a 5, and the service was top-notch as well. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also a 5, creating a very enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend trying the Vegan Momo, Chips Chilli, Chilli Chicken, Chicken Prawn Chow Mein, and Chicken Momos as they were all delicious. For vegetarians, I would highly recommend this restaurant as they have a large selection of vegetarian dishes to choose from. Overall, I had a great meal at this restaurant and I would definitely visit again."

"The last time we came here was several years ago and the restaurant is much more attractive now twice the size, warmer and cosier even on a freezing winter’s night, that distinctive Middle Eastern music playing quietly in the background while the food is as delicious as ever. We shared some spicy mutabal to start, with flatbreads to dip. And then Jenny moved onto a generous plateful of what she was wonderfully tender chicken and rice. I opted for a selection of hot mezze dishes, always my favourite: mujadarrah, a classic combination of lentils and rice topped with crispy fried onion, ful medamas (Egyptian style field beans in a hugely garlicky and lemony sauce) and spinach and cheese bourak or borek, crispy pastry parcels. They were the only slightly disappointing fish, I thought I’ve had versions made with filo pastry and they’re rather lighter. A great mezze combination though. Good service from the helpful young Syrian waiter, a fine value meal and in a nice atmosphere we were very happ, and it’s great to see Rowsha’s thriving."

"Loved the food, loved the ambiance and loved the service. Food was served fast and tasted delicious, ambiance was refreshing and the service was great. Simple menu, you dont get confused, yet enough choice. My wife, 2 kids and me almost wanted to go back when we were at the entrance, because it was crowded and because of the 2 baby strollers, the personnel insisted on staying and carried the baby stroller upstairs to the first floor. Before we got to Babaji we walked like 6 or 7 miles and finally when we found a place like that in the heart of London we became pleasantly surprised. "This place is amazing. The location is quiet and a bit interesting nestled into the middle of new condo construction but it will soon be packed with all of the new people moving in. Go now. It was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Imagine any middle eastern food you have eaten times in flavor.
