"On the same level as East London’s JerkPit but in Kent. I ordered via UberEats and one item was missing. Luckily my mum’s house has 24 hour CCTV outside and inside her home with audio. The driver stated there was a hole in the plastic bag on arrival. This issue was resolved promptly by the manager of the restaurant. My only issue is that the business isn’t sustainable as it’s using plastic bags and containers instead of paper that can be stapled, taped and double bagged. They did try to give me a free drink, but I don’t drink that and didn’t accept. I’d suggest either asking the customer via phone or choosing on their behalf a drink that is universal like Coca Cola or water. Ginger Beer is like Supermalt; an acquired taste not everyone likes it. I’ll recommend it to people looking for Caribbean restaurants in Kent because it’s managed efficiently by Zena Deirdre Campbell. "We visited this hidden gem in Gillingham for the first time today, and it was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, Rav made us feel like family, welcoming us as if we were dining in his own home. The food was beautifully authentic, far from the typical curry that just involves one sauce and different meats. It truly had that home-cooked touch, made with love. There's a wide variety of options available, all served hot—not lukewarm— which is always a plus in buffet dining. The prices were great, and the food was fantastic, accompanied by the warmest welcome you'll find in any Medway restaurant! If you haven't yet experienced Bollywood Buffet, I highly recommend you give it a try. We look forward to returning soon!"

"Booked a table very easily online and had a delicious cod’n’chips. Chips were particularly fluffy like my mums old fashioned chips. Followed with a custard tart, which I scoffed way too quickly, and soy flat white. Absolutely delicious. Fantastic service from Kerry and Chloe. I will be back soon!Tables were very well spaced out and everything was scrupulously clean. I felt safe and relaxed."

"My husband and I had a date night dinner , The lamb Biryani and Saag Aloo, were the worst I have ever had. I couldn 't eat the Saag Aloo because it was too hot with whatever they had added, chillies or spices I managed to eat a small amount of the Biryani but again any aromatic flavours were overpowered by the added spices or chillies. My mouth and lips were burning. We didn 't eat all of the meal. I would have told the waitress when we paid the bill if she had bothered to ask if we enjoyed the meal. We have been there before but there should not be such inconsistency with the flavour of the food. We will vote with our feet and not bother again. We will stick to the Gurkha in Chatham in future."

"Found out that under new ownership since October 2023, so recommendations to me were based on friends experience with previous owners. The manager was friendly and very attentive, asking lots of questions, explaining their menu when asked, telling me that the interior will be changed in the near future. Anyway, for starters we chose Calamari, Garlic Mushrooms with Cheese, King Prawns, and Halluomi. We then all helped ourselves to bits and pieces of each. The starters were plentiful in portion size, with all choices being great, especially the garlic mushrooms with cheese. For mains we chose a mixed grill, chicken shish, lamb ribs, and chicken wings and chips for my daughter. The chicken and lamb shish were both tender and full of flavour, and the lamb ribs were great. They all came with slad and bulgur (I can only describe it as a cross between rice and cous-cous).The mixed grill was plentiful in size and looked appetising, but my father in law enjoyed that all to himself , so I can only assume it was good. My daughter enjoyed her chicken wings too We were given bread on the table, which was warm and full of flavour too. We were definitely made to feel welcome, and will definitely return. Good to know that they deliver too. We were at the restaurant early (5pm booking), so were the only people in the restaurant, however, there was a constant stream of delivery drivers collecting orders for delivery. It was my daughters birthday the following day, so tye manager gave her a small dessert on the house as well. Parking: A few parking spaces on the street just a couple of doors down from the restaurant , where you use the RingGo App or good old cash to pay for parking."
